The introduction of digital intelligent technologies into pipeline systems contributes to improving their safety, developing logistics, and reducing operating costs.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>A key role in the industrialization of the country and the development of the digital economy belongs to civil servants, since the main content of their work consists of data collection and analysis, planning, and coordination of operations. Energy resources occupy an important place in the country&#39;s economic development, and the rich resource base of explored and projected oil and gas reserves in the earth&#39;s subsoil forms the foundation of its future. In this regard, ensuring the rational use of these resources is one of the main tasks.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>A Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2026&ndash;2028 substantiates the transition to a digital economic management system and its administration. One of the main goals of the Concept is the search for and exploration of new oil and gas fields based on the patterns of their geological distribution, their involvement in development, the extraction of oil, natural gas, and associated minerals in appropriate volumes, their processing, ensuring domestic and foreign markets are supplied, as well as the widespread introduction of energy-saving and digital technologies.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Thus, the level of activity in the oil and gas sector is steadily growing and becoming ever more deeply integrated into the global economy. This, in turn, places before the education system the task of training highly qualified, proactive specialists for the country&#39;s oil and gas industry &mdash; specialists capable of independent thinking and making effective decisions, alongside advanced technologies. Энергоресурсы занимают важное место в экономическом развитии страны, а богатая ресурсная база разведанных и прогнозируемых запасов нефти и газа в недрах земли формирует основу её будущего. В связи с этим обеспечение рационального использования этих богатств является одной из главных задач.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Концепция развития цифровой экономики в Туркменистане на 2026-2028 годы обосновывает переход к цифровой системе управления экономикой и её администрирование.
