Стратегические реформы, проводимые на государственном уровне, предусматривают внедрение инновационных подходов во все отрасли экономики, и в особенности в топливно-энергетический комплекс. Работа в данном направлении не ограничивается лишь увеличением производственных мощностей, но и нацелена на коренное повышение уровня управления, безопасности и эффективности отраслей.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Топливно-энергетический сектор является главной опорой национальной экономики, и его модернизация входит в число приоритетов государственной политики. В рамках &laquo;Программы развития нефтегазовой промышленности Туркменистана на период до 2030 года&raquo; в широком масштабе ведутся работы по разведке, добыче и переработке углеводородных ресурсов. Активное использование в этих процессах цифровых технологий и возможностей искусственного интеллекта обеспечивает точность, скорость и безопасность на всех этапах производства.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Внедрение цифровых решений в нефтегазовом секторе привело к появлению таких инновационных концепций, как &laquo;умные&raquo; месторождения и &laquo;умные&raquo; скважины. На Туркменбашинском комплексе нефтеперерабатывающих заводов производственные процессы высоко автоматизированы и управляются с помощью таких систем, как SCADA и ERP. Здесь все технологические операции контролируются через центральное управление, а данные обрабатываются в режиме реального времени. Такой подход позволяет повысить эффективность производства и экономно расходовать энергоресурсы.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Технологии цифровизации и искусственного интеллекта также широко внедряются на Сейдинском нефтеперерабатывающем заводе. Автоматизация технологических процессов, сбор и анализ данных на заводе направлены на повышение качества продукции. Кроме того, использование цифровых решений в системах логистики, снабжения и менеджмента повышает общую эффективность предприятия.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Применение цифровых технологий в нефтегазовой индустрии не ограничивается только производством, но и играет важную роль в вопросах безопасности.
