«Garaşsyz, baky Bitarap Türkmenistan – bedew batly at-myradyň mekany» ýylynda giňden belleniljek mukaddes ýurt Garaşsyzlygymyzyň şanly 35 ýyllyk baýramyny ýokary zähmet sowgatlary bilen garşylamagy maksat edinýän senagat toplumlarynyň biri-de «Türkmennebit» döwlet konsernidir. \r\n\r\nGolaýda bolsa Uzynada käninde gurlan gazdan nebit kondensatly garyndysyny saýlaýjy we akdyryjy desganyň ulanylmaga berilmegi bu ýerde ozal önümçilikde sarp edilýän wagty tygşytlamaga hem-de degişli çykdajylary ep-esli derejede azaltmaga giň mümkinçilik berdi. Has takygy, möhüm desganyň ulanyşa tabşyrylmagy netijesinde Uzynada käninden alynýan uglewodorod çig mal serişdelerini harytlyk görnüşine getirmek üçin Ördekli, Gögerendag, Gumdag känlerindäki saýlaýjy we akdyryjy desgalara ibermek zerurlygyny aradan aýyrdy. Şeýlelikde, bu täze desga Hazar sebitindäki Uzynada känini senagat taýdan özleşdirmekde toplumlaýyn amala aşyrylýan işleri sazlaşykly guramaga ygtybarly şertler döretdi.

Şonuň netijesinde «mawy ýangyç» umumy uzynlygy 32,3 kilometre barabar täze çekilen turba geçirijiniň üsti bilen Barsagelmez meýdançasyndaky gaz gysyjy desga ugradylýar. Saýlanyp alnan nebit kondensaty-da ýörite çelek ammarlaryna jemlenip, bellenilen tertipde Gumdag nebit taýýarlaýyş we akdyryş bekedine iberilýär. Uzynada käninde gurulmagy meýilleşdirilýän Bugarma meýdançasyna hem nebit kondensatyndan saýlanyp alnan suwlar akdyrylar.

Furthermore, the enterprise's employees process the hydrocarbon raw materials extracted from the underground horizons of the Uzynada field—located in the Caspian Sea coastal zone—to marketable standards and dispatch them to state storage facilities.
\r\n\r\nThe recent commissioning of a unit for the separation and transportation of gas condensate mixture at the Uzynada field has opened up broad opportunities, significantly reducing production time and related costs. Specifically, thanks to the new production facility, the need to send the hydrocarbon raw materials extracted here to the separation and pumping facilities of the Ördekli, Gögerendag, Gumdag fields for processing into a marketable form has been eliminated. Thus, the new facility has created reliable conditions for the well-coordinated organization of work on the commercial development of the Uzynada field in the Caspian region.
\r\n\r\nNotably, commissioned by a «Gumdagnebit» Oil and Gas Production Department, the design work was carried out by a «Nebitgazylmytaslama» Institute of the State concern «Türkmennebit», located in Balkanabat, the administrative center of Balkan velayat. The builders of a «Ýöritegurluşykgurnama» Department of a «Nebitgazçykaryş» Trust constructed this production facility to a high standard of quality.
\r\n\r\nThanks to the capacity of the modern, high-performance equipment installed here, the extracted natural gas is purified from condensate, water, and other mechanical impurities. As a result, the «blue fuel» is directed through a new pipeline with a total length of 32.3 kilometers to the gas compressor station at a Barsagelmes field. The separated oil condensate is collected in specialized tank farms and sent in due course to the Gumdag oil preparation and pumping point. The water separated from the oil condensate will be pumped to the Bugarma site, the construction of which is planned at the Uzynada field.

Как отмечают специалисты, в числе передовых предприятий можно выделить нефтегазодобывающее управление (НГДУ) «Гумдагнебит» треста «Небитгазчыкарыш». Его коллектив осуществляет эффективную работу по промышленному освоению таких нефтегазовых месторождений на территории велаята, как Гумдаг, Гуйджук, Гогерендаг, Экизак, Ордекли, Узынада, а также по добыче природного сырья. Кроме того, работники предприятия доводят до товарного состояния углеводородное сырьё, добываемое из подземных горизонтов месторождения Узынада, расположенного в прибрежной зоне Каспийского моря, и отправляют его в государственные хранилища.
\r\n\r\nНедавний ввод в эксплуатацию на месторождении Узынада установки для сепарации и транспортировки газоконденсатной смеси открыл широкие возможности, позволив значительно сократить временя на производство и соответствующие расходы. А именно, благодаря новому производственному объекту устранена необходимость отправки добываемого здесь углеводородного сырья на сепарационные и перекачивающие объекты месторождений Ордекли, Гогерендаг и Гумдаг для доведения его до товарного вида. Таким образом, новый объект создал надёжные условия для слаженной организации работ по промышленному освоению месторождения Узынада в Каспийском регионе.
\r\n\r\nК слову, по заказу нефтегазодобывающего управления «Гумдагнебит» проектные работы выполнил институт «Небитгазылмыытаслама» Государственного концерна «Туркменнебит», расположенный в административном центре Балканского велаята – городе Балканабад. Строители управления «Йоритегурлушыкгурнама» треста «Небитгазчыкарыш» возвели данный производственный объект с высоким уровнем качества.
\r\n\r\nБлагодаря мощности установленного здесь современного высокопроизводительного оборудования добываемый природный газ очищается от конденсата, воды и других механических примесей. В результате «голубое топливо» по новому трубопроводу общей протяжённостью 32,3 километра направляется на газокомпрессорную станцию месторождения Барсагельмес. Выделенный нефтяной конденсат собирается в специальные резервуарные парки и в установленном порядке отправляется на Гумдагский пункт подготовки и перекачки нефти. Вода, отделённая от нефтяного конденсата, будет закачиваться на площадку Бугарма, строительство которой планируется на месторождении Узынада.
\r\n\r\nТекущие темпы работ на перспективном месторождении Узынада укрепляют уверенность в том, что трудовой коллектив и впредь будет добиваться успехов и высоких рубежей.
