This ensures the production of high-octane gasoline and environmentally friendly liquefied gas that meet world standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Digital Terminals: Product loading operations into tankers and rail tank cars are carried out through automated systems, which helps save time and increase accuracy.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Seydi Oil Refinery (SOR), an industrial giant of our eastern region, has also actively joined the scope of digital transformations. The modernization of production lines and the introduction of new technologies at the plant have increased the efficiency of hydrocarbon raw material processing. Digital monitoring systems continuously analyze equipment status, making it possible to prevent production bottlenecks and strengthen safety measures.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Artificial intelligence plays an enormous role in implementing the &quot;Smart Fields&quot; and &quot;Smart Wells&quot; concepts within the oil and gas sector. AI systems analyze vast amounts of geological and technological data within seconds, offering optimal solutions to increase well efficiency. This helps reduce the cost of hydrocarbon extraction and promotes the rational use of natural resources.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>With the growth of the digital economy, the demand for new professions in the labor market is increasing. In accordance with the &quot;Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026&ndash;2052,&quot; approved by the Decree of the Honorable President, personnel are being trained for the oil and gas sector in new specialties such as IT specialists, cybersecurity experts, and AI operators.
