Within this course, which is widely supported by the international community, ensuring global energy security and tackling the critical environmental challenges of modern times occupy a special place. Today, the process of transitioning to low-carbon energy and environmentally friendly technologies is gaining momentum worldwide to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prevent global warming. Based on this, Turkmenistan attaches great importance to attracting and implementing advanced technologies for the effective use of green energy sources, particularly hydrogen energy, which stands out as one of the most promising and clean fuels of the future.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a solid foundation for establishing the hydrogen energy sector in our country and improving international cooperation in this field, the &quot;Roadmap for the Development of International Cooperation of Turkmenistan in the Field of Hydrogen Energy for 2022&ndash;2023&quot; was approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan and successfully implemented in accordance with the planned strategy. Within the framework of this historic document, a specialized Hydrogen Energy Center was established at the Yagshygeldi Kakaev International Oil and Gas University. Based on relevant work plans agreed upon with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, systematic measures began to be implemented to create a modern research, educational, and practical base, as well as to train highly qualified local specialists.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>To accumulate scientific and practical experience in the field of hydrogen energy that meets international standards, close cooperation was established with the world&#39;s leading higher education institutions, reputable international organizations, and major corporations. During the initial key stages of cooperation in this direction, specialists and instructors from the university&#39;s Hydrogen Energy Center exchanged experience via digital systems with experts from the University of Tsukuba in Japan, as well as the world-renowned companies Iwatani and Kawasaki Heavy Ind. Furthermore, several high-level working meetings and consultations were regularly organized with experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Sustainable Gas Institute at Imperial College London (UK) to thoroughly study innovative methods of hydrogen energy production and modern technological processes.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The efficient operation of the new center has also opened broad opportunities as a scientific and educational hub for other institutions and enterprises within the country&#39;s fuel and energy complex. The center regularly organizes specialized courses and practical training aimed at enhancing the professional skills and practical capabilities of specialists from the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the &quot;T&uuml;rkmengaz&quot; and &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit&quot; State Concerns, and the &quot;T&uuml;rkmengeologi&yacute;a&quot; State Corporation. Concurrently, to expand international relations, representatives of the center used digital platforms to discuss promising joint projects: with representatives of the Eastern Committee of German Economy regarding the &quot;Green Transformation Meeting&quot; and &quot;Bilaterally Cooperation in the Field of Energy&quot;; with China&rsquo;s Sinopec company on purchasing modern laboratory equipment; and within the framework of UNIDO&#39;s (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) Global Program on the role of hydrogen energy in industry.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>With the aim of presenting scientific and practical achievements to the global community and exchanging views with international experts, large-scale conferences were organized at the Yagshygeldi Kakaev International Oil and Gas University, featuring participants from various regions of the world. In this context, the international scientific and practical conferences titled &quot;Scientific and Technical Potentials of Obtaining Hydrogen Energy from Natural Gas&quot; and &quot;Energy Perspectives and New Technologies for the Development of Hydrocarbon Fields&quot; aroused great interest in the global scientific community. At these conferences, sustainable proposals on the most pressing modern energy issues, innovative directions for the efficient development of hydrocarbon fields while maintaining environmental standards, and eco-friendly technologies were put forward and extensively discussed.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Fundamental research and laboratory work carried out at the Hydrogen Energy Center led to historic milestones in the production of alternative energy sources in our country. Thanks to the efficient work of local specialists and scientists, eco-friendly and high-quality green hydrogen fuel was successfully obtained from ordinary water using the electrolysis method. Concurrently, to utilize the country&rsquo;s rich hydrocarbon resources, the center&#39;s specialists developed and commissioned a special laboratory device based on an innovative plasmachemical method, which enables the extraction of hydrogen fuel from natural gas. The hydrogen fuel obtained through this high-tech method was analyzed using a modern and highly accurate Agilent Technologies 6890 gas chromatograph, scientifically proving that the production process yields highly efficient hydrogen and technical carbon, which is in high demand in the industry.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As part of developing international cooperation and historical friendly relations, during the historic working visit of our Head of State to Japan, bilateral relations received a new impetus&mdash;a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the University of Tsukuba (Japan) on conducting joint scientific research and exchanging experience in the field of hydrogen energy. To fully and qualitatively implement the reached high-level agreements and designated measures, a draft Work Plan of the Hydrogen Energy Center for 2025&ndash;2026 and new directions for adopting foreign experience were comprehensively prepared. As a result of these continuous efforts and preparations, with the aim of maximizing the professional and scientific capabilities of university representatives, relevant organizational tasks have been planned and are being successfully executed in 2026 to arrange special working visits to the University of Tsukuba in Japan and to send Turkmen specialists to participate in modern educational programs and scientific research.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>J. Сегодня на мировом уровне активизируется процесс перехода к низкоуглеродной энергетике и экологически чистым технологиям в целях сокращения выбросов парниковых газов и предотвращения глобального потепления. Исходя из этого, в Туркменистане огромное значение придается привлечению и внедрению в производство передовых технологий по эффективному использованию источников зеленой энергетики, в частности водородной энергии, которая является одним из наиболее перспективных и чистых видов топлива будущего.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Прочным фундаментом для создания отрасли водородной энергетики в нашей стране и совершенствования международного сотрудничества в этой сфере стала утвержденная Постановлением Президента Туркменистана &laquo;Дорожная карта по развитию международного сотрудничества Туркменистана в области водородной энергии на 2022&ndash;2023 годы&raquo;, которая была успешно реализована в соответствии с намеченной стратегией. В рамках этого исторического документа в Международном университете нефти и газа имени Ягшыгелди Какаева был создан специализированный Центр водородной энергетики. На основе соответствующих планов работы, согласованных с Министерством образования Туркменистана, началось систематическое осуществление программных мер по созданию современной научно-исследовательской и учебно-практической базы, а также по подготовке высококвалифицированных местных специалистов.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>С целью накопления научного и практического опыта в области водородной энергетики, соответствующего международным стандартам, было налажено тесное сотрудничество с ведущими высшими учебными заведениями мира, авторитетными международными организациями и крупными компаниями. На первых важных этапах взаимодействия в этом направлении специалисты и преподаватели Центра водородной энергетики университета в режиме цифровой связи обменялись опытом с экспертами японского Университета Цукуба, а также всемирно известных компаний Iwatani и Kawasaki Heavy Ind. Кроме того, был регулярно организован ряд рабочих совещаний и консультаций высокого уровня с экспертами Международного агентства по атомной энергии (МАГАТЭ) и Центра Sustainable Gas Institute при Имперском колледже Лондона (Великобритания) для глубокого изучения инновационных методов получения водородной энергии и современных технологических процессов.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Эффективная работа нового центра открыла широкие возможности в качестве научно-образовательной базы и для других учреждений и предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса страны. В центре систематически организуются специальные курсы и практические занятия для повышения квалификации и совершенствования практических навыков специалистов Министерства энергетики Туркменистана, государственных концернов &laquo;Туркменгаз&raquo; и &laquo;Туркменнебит&raquo;, а также государственной корпорации &laquo;Туркменгеология&raquo;. Наряду с этим, в целях расширения международных связей, представители центра в цифровом формате обсудили перспективные совместные проекты: с представителями Восточного комитета германской экономики в рамках &laquo;Встречи по зеленой трансформации&raquo; и &laquo;Двустороннего сотрудничества в сфере энергетики&raquo;, с китайской компанией Sinopec по вопросам закупки современного лабораторного оборудования, а также в рамках Глобальной программы ЮНИДО (Организация Объединенных Наций по промышленному развитию) по роли водородной энергии в промышленности.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>С целью демонстрации научно-практических достижений мировому сообществу и обмена мнениями с международными экспертами в Международном университете нефти и газа имени Ягшыгелди Какаева были организованы масштабные конференции с участием специалистов из разных регионов мира. Проведенные в этой связи международные научно-практические конференции &laquo;Научно-технические возможности получения водородной энергии из природного газа&raquo; и &laquo;Энергетические перспективы и новые технологии освоения углеводородных месторождений&raquo; вызвали большой интерес в мировом ученом сообществе. На этих форумах были выдвинуты и подробно обсуждены устойчивые предложения по наиболее актуальным энергетическим вопросам современности, инновационным направлениям эффективного освоения углеводородных месторождений с соблюдением экологических норм, а также по экологически безопасным технологиям.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Фундаментальные научно-исследовательские и лабораторные работы, проведенные в Центре водородной энергетики, привели к историческим результатам в области производства альтернативных источников энергии в нашей стране. Благодаря эффективному труду местных специалистов и ученых методом электролиза из обычной воды было успешно получено экологически чистое и высококачественное зеленое водородное топливо. Вместе с тем, в целях использования богатых углеводородных ресурсов страны, специалисты центра разработали и ввели в эксплуатацию специальное лабораторное оборудование, основанное на инновационном плазмохимическом методе, позволяющем получать водородное топливо из природного газа. Within this course, which is widely supported by the international community, ensuring global energy security and tackling the critical environmental challenges of modern times occupy a special place. Today, the process of transitioning to low-carbon energy and environmentally friendly technologies is gaining momentum worldwide to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prevent global warming. Based on this, Turkmenistan attaches great importance to attracting and implementing advanced technologies for the effective use of green energy sources, particularly hydrogen energy, which stands out as one of the most promising and clean fuels of the future.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a solid foundation for establishing the hydrogen energy sector in our country and improving international cooperation in this field, the &quot;Roadmap for the Development of International Cooperation of Turkmenistan in the Field of Hydrogen Energy for 2022&ndash;2023&quot; was approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan and successfully implemented in accordance with the planned strategy. Within the framework of this historic document, a specialized Hydrogen Energy Center was established at the Yagshygeldi Kakaev International Oil and Gas University. Based on relevant work plans agreed upon with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, systematic measures began to be implemented to create a modern research, educational, and practical base, as well as to train highly qualified local specialists.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>To accumulate scientific and practical experience in the field of hydrogen energy that meets international standards, close cooperation was established with the world&#39;s leading higher education institutions, reputable international organizations, and major corporations. During the initial key stages of cooperation in this direction, specialists and instructors from the university&#39;s Hydrogen Energy Center exchanged experience via digital systems with experts from the University of Tsukuba in Japan, as well as the world-renowned companies Iwatani and Kawasaki Heavy Ind. Furthermore, several high-level working meetings and consultations were regularly organized with experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Sustainable Gas Institute at Imperial College London (UK) to thoroughly study innovative methods of hydrogen energy production and modern technological processes.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The efficient operation of the new center has also opened broad opportunities as a scientific and educational hub for other institutions and enterprises within the country&#39;s fuel and energy complex. The center regularly organizes specialized courses and practical training aimed at enhancing the professional skills and practical capabilities of specialists from the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the &quot;T&uuml;rkmengaz&quot; and &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit&quot; State Concerns, and the &quot;T&uuml;rkmengeologi&yacute;a&quot; State Corporation. In this context, the international scientific and practical conferences titled &quot;Scientific and Technical Potentials of Obtaining Hydrogen Energy from Natural Gas&quot; and &quot;Energy Perspectives and New Technologies for the Development of Hydrocarbon Fields&quot; aroused great interest in the global scientific community. At these conferences, sustainable proposals on the most pressing modern energy issues, innovative directions for the efficient development of hydrocarbon fields while maintaining environmental standards, and eco-friendly technologies were put forward and extensively discussed.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Fundamental research and laboratory work carried out at the Hydrogen Energy Center led to historic milestones in the production of alternative energy sources in our country. Thanks to the efficient work of local specialists and scientists, eco-friendly and high-quality green hydrogen fuel was successfully obtained from ordinary water using the electrolysis method. Concurrently, to utilize the country&rsquo;s rich hydrocarbon resources, the center&#39;s specialists developed and commissioned a special laboratory device based on an innovative plasmachemical method, which enables the extraction of hydrogen fuel from natural gas. The hydrogen fuel obtained through this high-tech method was analyzed using a modern and highly accurate Agilent Technologies 6890 gas chromatograph, scientifically proving that the production process yields highly efficient hydrogen and technical carbon, which is in high demand in the industry.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As part of developing international cooperation and historical friendly relations, during the historic working visit of our Head of State to Japan, bilateral relations received a new impetus&mdash;a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the University of Tsukuba (Japan) on conducting joint scientific research and exchanging experience in the field of hydrogen energy. To fully and qualitatively implement the reached high-level agreements and designated measures, a draft Work Plan of the Hydrogen Energy Center for 2025&ndash;2026 and new directions for adopting foreign experience were comprehensively prepared.
