Bu ugurda amala aşyrylan ägirt uly taslamalaryň biri hem Ahal welaýatyndaky tebigy gazdan sintetiki benzin öndürýän zawoddyr. Dünýäde ilkinjileriň biri bolan bu döwrebap toplum ekologiýa taýdan arassa we ýokary hilli ýangyç öndürmäge ýöriteleşendir. Zawod ýylda takmynan 1 milliard 785 million kub metr tebigy gazy çuňňur gaýtadan işläp, halkara Euro-5 standartyna laýyk gelýän ECO93 kysymly benziniň 600 müň tonnasyny, şeýle hem dizel ýangyjyny we suwuklandyrylan gazy öndürmäge ukyplydyr. Bu önümçilik desgasy ýurdumyzyň nebithimiýa ulgamynda täze tapgyry emele getirdi.

Milli ykdysadyýetimiziň ýene bir strategik sütünleriniň biri hem Türkmenbaşydaky nebiti gaýtadan işleýän zawodlar toplumydyr (TNGIZT). «Türkmennebit» döwlet konserniniň düzümine girýän bu kärhana Merkezi Aziýanyň iň öňdebaryjy tehnologiýa toplumlarynyň biri bolup durýar. Bu ýerde nebit we gaz kondensaty çuňňur gaýtadan işlenilip, bazaryň talaplaryna laýyk gelýän harytlar taýýarlanylýar. Önümçilik kuwwaty doly awtomatlaşdyrylan zawodlar toplumynda häzirki wagtda ýylda ortaça 4,9 — 5 million tonna çig mal işlenilip, taýýar önümler diňe bir içerki bazary doly üpjün etmän, eýsem, Ýewropa, Aziýa we Ýakyn Gündogar döwletlerine hem eksport edilýär.

Berkarar döwletiň täze eýýamynyň Galkynyşy döwründe energetika serişdelerini dünýä bazaryna çykarmagyň ugurlaryny köpdürli görnüşe getirmek döwlet syýasatynyň ileri tutulýan ugurlarynyň biridir. Tebigy gazyň gorlary boýunça dünýäde dördünji orny eýeleýän Türkmenistanyň başlangyçlary halkara jemgyýetçiligi tarapyndan hem yzygiderli goldanylýar. Murnuň özi BMG-niň Baş Assambleýasy tarapyndan energiýa serişdelerini durnukly üstaşyr geçirmek baradaky degişli Kararnamalaryň kabul edilmegi bilen hem aýdyň subut edilýär. Ýurdumyz dürli ugurlar boýunça daşary ýurtly hyzmatdaşlar, halkara maliýe guramalary bilen özara bähbitli gatnaşyklary yzygiderli işjeňleşdirýär.

Döwletimiziň halkara EKSPO sergilerinde gazanan üstünliklerine dünýä jemgyýetçiligi tarapyndan ýokary baha berilýär. Şu nukdaýnazardan, ýurdumyzyň Hytaý Halk Respublikasy we Malaýziýa döwletleri bilen energetika ulgamyndaky hyzmatdaşlygy aýratyn netijeliligi bilen tapawutlanýar. During the years of Independence, Turkmenistan has consistently enhanced its energy strategy, transforming into one of the world's major fuel and energy powers. The immense resource potential of the country's oil and gas sector plays a vital role in ensuring regional and global energy security. Under the leadership of the Honorable President, the sector's development path is based on the principles of diversification, modernization of production, and the implementation of the most advanced environmental standards. Currently, production and management processes at newly constructed industrial facilities are fully carried out through a digital system, creating conditions for manufacturing high-quality, competitive products.

One of the massive projects implemented in this direction is the plant for producing synthetic gasoline from natural gas in the Ahal velayat. This modern complex, one of the first of its kind in the world, specializes in manufacturing environmentally friendly and high-quality fuel. The plant is capable of deep-processing approximately 1 billion 785 million cubic meters of natural gas annually to produce 600 thousand tons of ECO-93 grade gasoline compliant with the international Euro-5 standard, as well as diesel fuel and liquefied gas. This production facility marked a new milestone in the country's gas chemical sector.

Another strategic pillar of the national economy is the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR). Operating under the "Turkmennebit" State Concern, this enterprise stands as one of the leading technological complexes in Central Asia. Here, deep processing of crude oil and gas condensate is performed to manufacture commodities that meet market demands. With its fully automated production processes, the refinery complex currently processes an average of 4.9 to 5 million tons of raw materials annually, and the finished products not only fully supply the domestic market but are also exported to countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, diversifying the routes for exporting energy resources to the global market remains a priority of state policy. Holding the world's fourth-largest reserves of natural gas, Turkmenistan's initiatives are consistently supported by the international community, which is clearly evidenced by the UN General Assembly's adoption of relevant resolutions on the reliable and stable transit of energy resources. The country systematically revitalizes mutually beneficial relations with foreign partners and international financial institutions across various sectors.

In recent years, virtual and physical exhibitions, as well as international conferences, have been regularly organized to promote Turkmenistan's industrial, economic, and intellectual potential in the international arena. The global community highly commends the achievements of our state at the international World EXPO exhibitions. From this perspective, our country's cooperation in the energy sector with the People's Republic of China and Malaysia stands out for its exceptional efficiency. In the modern era, the partnerships established with the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and the Malaysian company "Petronas" have been elevated to a high level and have assumed a strategic character.

За годы Независимости Туркменистан последовательно совершенствовал свою энергетическую стратегию и превратился в одно из крупнейших топливно-энергетических государств мира. Гигантский ресурсный потенциал нефтегазовой отрасли страны играет важную роль в обеспечении региональной и глобальной энергетической безопасности. Под руководством уважаемого Президента путь развития отрасли базируется на принципах диверсификации, модернизации производства и внедрения самых современных экологических стандартов. В настоящее время производственные и управленческие процессы на вновь строящихся промышленных объектах полностью осуществляются через цифровую систему, что создает условия для получения высококачественной и конкурентоспособной продукции.

Одним из масштабных проектов, реализованных в этом направлении, является завод по производству синтетического бензина из природного газа в Ахалском велаяте. Этот современный комплекс, ставший одним из первых в мире, специализируется на выпуске экологически чистого и высококачественного топлива. Завод способен ежегодно перерабатывать глубоким способом около 1 миллиарда 785 миллионов кубических метров природного газа и производить 600 тысяч тонн бензина марки ECO-93, соответствующего международному стандарту Euro-5, а также дизельное топливо и сжиженный газ. Этот производственный объект ознаменовал собой новый этап в газохимической системе страны.

Еще одной стратегической опорой национальной экономики является Туркменбашинский комплекс нефтеперерабатывающих заводов (ТКНПЗ). Данное предприятие, входящее в структуру Государственного концерна «Туркменнебит», является одним из самых передовых технологических комплексов в Центральной Азии. Здесь осуществляются глубокая переработка нефти и газового конденсата, а также выпуск товаров, отвечающих требованиям рынка. На комплексе заводов с полностью автоматизированным производственным процессом в настоящее время ежегодно перерабатывается в среднем 4,9–5 миллионов тонн сырья, а готовая продукция не только полностью обеспечивает внутренний рынок, но и экспортируется в страны Европы, Азии и Ближнего Востока.

В период Возрождения новой эпохи могущественного государства диверсификация путей вывода энергетических ресурсов на мировой рынок является одним из приоритетных направлений государственной политики. Инициативы Туркменистана, занимающего четвертое место в мире по запасам природного газа, регулярно поддерживаются международным сообществом, что наглядно подтверждается принятием Генеральной Ассамблеей ООН соответствующих резолюций о надежном и стабильном транзите энергоносителей. Наша страна систематически активизирует взаимовыгодные отношения с зарубежными партнерами и международными финансовыми организациями по различным направлениям.

В последние годы в целях демонстрации промышленного, экономического и интеллектуального потенциала Туркменистана на международной арене регулярно организуются виртуальные и практические выставки, а также международные конференции. Мировое сообщество высоко оценивает успехи, достигнутые нашим государством на всемирных выставках ЭКСПО. С этой точки зрения сотрудничество нашей страны в энергетической сфере с Китайской Народной Республикой и Малайзией отличается особой эффективностью.
