At the field camps, all conditions for rest have been created for machine operators, drivers and other workers participating in the mowing.

The new grain harvest arrives at receiving points &ndash; warehouses and elevators equipped with modern equipment. In order to consolidate the achieved results, efforts are being made to maintain the harvest rate. This strengthens the confidence of grain growers in the successful completion of the tasks set.

More than 1 million tons of Turkmen wheat harvested

On June 22, 2025, at the initiative of the American side, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a telephone conversation with the First Deputy Secretary of State of the United States Christopher Landau, during which the parties emphasized the long-term positive experience of bilateral partnership between Turkmenistan and the United States of America in the political, trade-economic, social-cultural and other spheres.

The National Museum was opened in July 2005. In its architectural embodiment, this unique building resembles a sheaf of wheat, which is crowned by a giant golden ear reaching towards the sky.

The wheat grains, grown on Turkmen soil in the 5th millennium BC (seven thousand years ago), discovered in 1904 by the expedition of the American geologist Raphael Pampelly, are the main exhibit of the unique collection collected here. The museum also presents finds from other agricultural settlements of the Kopetdag Valley - stone grain grinders, hand millstones, a bronze hoe and knife, a butter churn, fragments of ceramic dishes, other tools and household utensils.

Then, an educational and methodological meeting of museum specialists was held on the topic &ldquo;Halkymyzyň medeni mirasyny toplamakda, gorap saklamakda we olary ylmy esasda &ouml;wrenmekde muze&yacute;leriň orny&rdquo;, dedicated to the role of museums in collecting, preserving and scientifically studying the cultural heritage of our people.

They preserve and increase the artistic and intellectual values accumulated over centuries, unique historical evidence and rarities.

It should be noted that this area is effectively developing thanks to the tireless care of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The ancient history of the Turkmen people, their unique culture, traditions and customs, the unprecedented achievements of the state in the modern era - all this is embodied in the richest museum expositions.

During the meeting, there was an interested exchange of opinions on issues of further modernization of the methodology of organizing museology, studying material and spiritual values that have not only national but also universal significance. As part of the forum, a methodological meeting was held at the Culture House of Kaka region with the participation of creative workers from folk theaters, drama clubs and theater studios of the Ahal velayat. In the evening, artists from the Kaahka etrap folk theater were invited to show the play &quot;Ş&uuml;k&uuml;r bagşy&quot;. On 17 June 2025, within the framework of the 17th Human Rights Dialogue between Turkmenistan and the European Union, a bilateral meeting was held between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Ahmet Gurbanov and Director of the European External Action Service for Asia Paola Pampaloni.

The meeting focused on regional security issues, especially in the context of the situation in Afghanistan. The Turkmen side presented its approach based on the principles of neutrality, good neighborliness and non-interference in the internal affairs of states. An international scientific and practical symposium on the topic “Multifaceted Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan: Achievements and Prospects” was held in Baku

On 17 June 2025, the 176th session of the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) was held in Paris, bringing together delegations of member countries to discuss current issues related to the organization of international and specialized exhibitions.

The session was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the BIE Maksat Charyev, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan Mergen Gurdov, as well as the head of the exhibitions and fairs department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan Kemal Amanov from the Turkmen side.

During the opening of the session, the agenda was approved, including the reports of the Administrative and Budgetary Committee, the Executive Committee, the Legal Committee, and the BIE Information and Communications Committee.

Special thanks to the Government of Turkmenistan were expressed by the President of the Administrative and Budgetary Committee Karen-Mae Hill, who highly appreciated the holding of the meeting of the Administrative and Budgetary Committee of the BIE, which was held in Ashgabat on 17-19 March 2025. The 176th session of the General Assembly of the International Exhibitions Bureau was held in Paris

The Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan held a solemn awards ceremony for the winners of the III integrated Olympiad &ldquo;Talented Descendants of Oguz Han&rdquo;, held by the university among students in grades 9-12 of secondary schools in the country.

Based on the results of the competition, 33 schoolchildren were awarded prizes.

Having performed brilliantly in the Olympiad, 11 students from the country&#39;s schools won first place. Among them are Palvan Ilmammedov, Maksat Tyllaev, Rustem Jumayev, Diyar Dovletov, Hudayguly Hudayberenov, Aylar Orunova and Nyazli Serdarova, students of grades 10-12 of the Ashgabat Specialized Boarding School named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashi.

The meetings of schoolchildren with university students, who introduced them to their scientific works and told them about the first steps on the path to science, were fruitful. Modeling lessons and practical classes in robotics were also included in the intensive program of the summer camp for the Olympiad finalists. The events held were aimed at stimulating the interest of schoolchildren in studying science, expanding their horizons and increasing motivation for active participation in scientific research work.

The integrated Olympiad, held for the third year in a row, is one of the university&rsquo;s career-oriented projects, which is actively working to attract talented youth from the country.

It should be noted that all participants who passed the I, II or III stage of the Olympiad are included in the Golden Fund of the University &ldquo;Talented Descendants of Oguz Han&rdquo;, whose members enjoy a benefit when entering the university.

A three-day international chess tournament has ended in the capital of Turkmenistan. As is known, 129 athletes in the age category of 8, 10 and 12 years from 11 countries of Europe and Asia took part in this intellectual competition. On the same day, in the city of Arkadag, in the center of celebrations of the Markaw Hotel, a ceremony was held in which the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care presented gifts to young chess players on behalf of the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag.

On the eve of the ceremony, the results of the International Tournament were summed up at the capital&#39;s Specialized Chess and Checkers School, where the winners were awarded.

Based on the results of the games played, young talents from Turkmenistan demonstrated high skill and distinguished themselves in terms of points scored.

Thus, following the results of the rapid competitions, our country took first place in the overall medal count. Young Turkmen chess players were awarded 3 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals, which in total amounts to 10 awards.

The second place in the competition was taken by young chess players from the Republic of Uzbekistan, who were awarded 2 gold and 2 silver medals - a total of 4 awards. The honorable third place was awarded to representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who won 1 gold and 1 bronze medal - a total of 2 awards.

During the tournament, the prize places among girls were distributed as follows: in the 8-year-old age category, the gold medal was awarded to Larina Zarina from Uzbekistan, who scored 8 points, silver went to Jumaeva Byagul from Turkmenistan with a score of 7 points, and bronze went to Alemanova Amira from Kazakhstan with 6 points.

Young Turkmen players took first place in the overall medal standings of the International Chess Tournament

On June 17, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov paid a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the second Central Asia&ndash;China Summit.

In the foreign policy strategy of our country, the foundation of which was laid by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, in the modern era successfully implemented under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, a special place is given to bilateral and multilateral relations with the People&#39;s Republic of China. A clear evidence of this is the participation of Turkmenistan in the second Central Asia-China Summit.

As is known, the first summit in this format was held in Xi&#39;an (China) in May 2023. China is one of the main partners of the Central Asian states. Investment projects implemented by China jointly with the countries of the region in the energy and infrastructure sectors contribute to economic development.

Energy cooperation between China and the countries of the region, which have huge reserves of natural resources, in particular joint projects in the field of production and export of hydrocarbon raw materials, serve as an important component for strengthening mutually beneficial relations. One of the striking examples of effective cooperation in this area is the transnational gas pipeline Turkmenistan-China, which runs through the territories of the Central Asian countries.

One of the priority vectors of the six-party partnership is the transport and logistics sector. In this regard, it should be noted that the main objectives of Turkmenistan&#39;s initiative &quot;Revival of the Great Silk Road&quot; are consistent with China&#39;s strategy &quot;One Belt, One Road&quot;, which are aimed at ensuring economic development, modernizing specialized infrastructure and deepening cultural ties between peoples.

Throughout history, the Great Silk Road united the East and the West, facilitating the exchange of goods and cultures. In the modern period, our country aims to revive this historical heritage, focusing on the importance of transport corridors and logistics for the economic development of the entire region.

Along with this, cultural and humanitarian relations are an integral part of cooperation between the countries of the region and China.

Some time later, the presidential plane landed at the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana.

At the airport, decorated with the national flags of the countries participating in the Central Asia-China Summit, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was met by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov and other officials of the friendly state, as well as members of the delegation of Turkmenistan.

Along the carpet leading from the plane&#39;s steps, the Guard of Honor was lined up. In keeping with the age-old traditions of hospitality, the head of state was presented with bouquets of flowers.

Before the Summit, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a bilateral meeting with Chairman of the People&#39;s Republic of China Xi Jinping.

In the afternoon, the head of state&rsquo;s motorcade headed to the venue of the high-level meeting &ndash; the Independence Palace.

At the main entrance of the Palace of the President of Turkmenistan, the Kazakh leader warmly welcomed.

After the traditional joint photo ceremony, the heads of delegations headed to the conference hall, where the second Central Asia-China Summit took place.

The summit, chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, was also attended by the Chairman of the People&#39;s Republic of China Xi Jinping, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The agenda of the Summit included issues of strengthening regional cooperation, expanding political dialogue, deepening trade and economic relations and interaction in the areas of transport, energy and innovation.

Welcoming the Summit participants, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the heads of delegations for their participation in the high-level meeting and their continued support for regional cooperation.

As the Kazakh leader noted, thanks to trusting relationships and joint efforts, a unique partnership model has been formed, based on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship and mutual support.

The floor was then given to the Summit participants.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the delegation of Turkmenistan, thanked the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for the warm welcome and hospitality, and noted that the current meeting is intended to consolidate, continue and develop the important ideas and proposals presented at the previous Summit in Xi&#39;an and the Xi&#39;an Declaration adopted as a result.

As emphasized, the Central Asian states and China act as the most important participants in continental and regional processes. Cooperation in the political and diplomatic sphere has a constructive impact on the entire geopolitical landscape in Asia, and contributes to the creation of prerequisites for sustainable and long-term peace, stability and security.

This format of partnership requires the existence of systemic mechanisms for exchanging opinions, interaction and coordination between foreign policy departments, and the adoption of well-considered diplomatic steps at major international venues and forums, primarily in the United Nations and in a number of regional structures.

In the sphere of foreign policy, taking into account the current global situation, it was proposed to pay the closest attention to Turkmenistan&#39;s initiative to develop a Global Security Strategy under the auspices of the UN. I believe that the political, legal and ideological foundations of this document that we presented correspond to the conceptual approaches and views of the participants in our format on the future development and prospects of global processes, the head of state emphasized. In particular, we are talking about the role of developing countries in them, the use of preventive diplomacy tools, principles of neutrality, and other peacekeeping and negotiation platforms. In this regard, during the upcoming anniversary session of the UN General Assembly, it was proposed to initiate a consultation process within this format to develop a Global Security Strategy and discuss its key provisions.

&quot;We believe it would be appropriate to begin this work with partners in the Asian Group, implying further expansion of the number of participants in the consultations. We would be grateful for support for this proposal,&quot; said President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

As emphasized, Turkmenistan sees extensive prospects for activating and expanding cooperation between Central Asia and China in the transport sector. Turkmenistan&#39;s strategy &quot;Revival of the Great Silk Road&quot; envisages a key role for Central Asian countries. In our opinion, its combination with China&#39;s &quot;One Belt, One Road&quot; initiative promotes the rapprochement and application of national transport and logistics capabilities in the common interests. Our countries are objectively destined to play a key role in this global undertaking. Today, not only the conditions are maturing, but also the need to combine efforts, mobilize resources to create a modern, reliable and comprehensive transport and logistics system covering the territories of the Asia-Pacific region, South and Central Asia, the Middle and Near East.

In the energy sector, Turkmenistan also advocates for expanding cooperation within this format and sees serious prerequisites for this, the head of state continued, confirming his readiness to discuss issues of diversifying supplies of Turkmen natural gas.

The most important component of the energy component of cooperation is electric power. Here, Turkmenistan also advocates for expanding the geography and volumes of electricity supplies.

As noted, the stimulation of trade and commerce and the creation of joint ventures of various profiles play a key role in the joint economic prosperity of the countries of Central Asia and China.

Speaking about innovative cooperation, the head of state noted that our country expects more focused attention to this area from Chinese partners. The launch of joint programs and projects in the application of artificial intelligence, satellite and space research, digitalization, information platforms, the entire line of software, and a number of other technological segments can significantly increase the effectiveness of joint economic cooperation. On the other hand, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence in promoting the creation of a sustainable market for technological services in Central Asia, the exchange of specialists and methods, and the accelerated development of national technological schools, which will certainly be used in the long term for mutual interests and benefits, emphasizing that this strategic task is an investment in the future of relations between Central Asia and the People&#39;s Republic of China within the framework of a large project of joint development and progress.

High spirituality, great centuries-old culture, true values - all this forms the basis and unshakable foundation of cooperation, historical and current closeness, mutual understanding and sympathy of the peoples of Central Asia and China.

In this regard, the head of state suggested that the participants consider organizing joint thematic festivals of culture and arts on a permanent basis, which would be held in turn in the countries participating in the Summit and, based on this, discuss the initiative to form a new platform for interaction in the field of culture, namely, the &quot;Cultural Dialogue of Central Asia and China&quot;. As was emphasized, in the event of a fundamental agreement between the heads of state, it would be possible to give relevant instructions to the relevant departments to develop the modalities of such a platform.

As noted, by decision of the UN General Assembly, at the initiative of Turkmenistan, 2025 was declared the &ldquo;International Year of Peace and Trust&rdquo;.

Expressing confidence in the continuation of an interested dialogue between our countries on the most important topics of the modern world order, on ways to solve existing global problems, achieve agreement and understanding in the global arena during a major International Forum scheduled for December of this year in Ashgabat dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, International Day of Neutrality and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan&#39;s permanent neutrality, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited all heads of state to participate in this significant event.

In conclusion, the head of Turkmenistan confirmed our country&rsquo;s firm and unwavering commitment to the closest possible cooperation in the &ldquo;Central Asia-China&rdquo; format, expressing confidence in the enormous opportunities it opens up for our peoples and states in the matter of joint development, peace and

prosperity.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also thanked the Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Central Asia-China format Sun Weidong for his contribution to the successful holding of the current Summit.

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude to the head of Turkmenistan for his deeply meaningful speech and constructive proposals.

As noted in the speeches, today Central Asia, which has enormous reserves of natural resources, is strengthening its position as an important subject of international relations and trade, economic, investment and humanitarian cooperation.

It was stated that currently the relations between the countries of the region and China, which include various spheres, have reached a qualitatively new level. At the same time, special attention is paid to the implementation of projects jointly with China, expansion of the range and increase in the volume of mutual trade turnover, creation of high-tech industries. At the same time, priority is given to partnership in the agricultural sector, including the introduction of advanced agricultural technologies and efficient water-saving

developments.

The Summit participants noted the importance of strengthening regional energy security and diversifying energy sources.

It was also emphasized that the transport and communications sector is one of the dynamically developing industries. Currently, Central Asia is a key logistics hub linking the largest regions of Europe and Asia. In this context, it was discussed the feasibility of strengthening transcontinental transport interconnectivity and the fullest realization of the advantages of the region, which has a favorable geographical location.

Having noted with satisfaction the focus of the current meeting on strengthening good-neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation, the Summit participants expressed confidence that the proposals and initiatives put forward will serve as a solid foundation for strengthening the bonds of friendship and further developing strategic cooperation between the countries.

Central Asia and China.

Following the Summit, the Treaty on Eternal Good-Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation between Turkmenistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the People&#39;s Republic of China, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan, the Astana Declaration of the Second Central Asia-China Summit were signed, and the Initiative to Create Favorable Conditions for Mutual Travel of Citizens within the Framework of the Central Asia-China Format was adopted.

Following the signing ceremony, the opening of the Cooperation Center in the &ldquo;Central Asia&ndash;China&rdquo; format was announced and a corresponding video was shown.

Also, within the framework of the high-level meeting, an Agreement was announced between the Khyakimlik of the Ahal Velayat (Turkmenistan) and the People&#39;s Government of Shaanxi Province (People&#39;s Republic of China) on the establishment of sister city relations between the Ahal Velayat and Shaanxi Province.

Having completed the program of his working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived at the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana, from where he departed for his homeland.

Thus, the current summit demonstrated the commitment of the Central Asian countries and China to further development of mutually beneficial cooperation, and the practical implementation of the agreements reached following the Summit is designed to help ensure long-term universal well-being and sustainable development.

On June 17, as part of a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Chairman of the People&#39;s Republic of China Xi Jinping.

After warmly greeting each other, the head of state and the Chairman of the PRC expressed satisfaction with the opportunity to meet on the sidelines of the Central Asia-China Summit and discuss the main areas of bilateral relations.

Noting that China highly values the traditionally friendly relations and mutually beneficial strategic partnership with Turkmenistan, PRC Chairman Xi Jinping expressed confidence that the current meeting would give new impetus to interstate cooperation. Taking the opportunity, the Chinese leader addressed warm greetings and best wishes to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag.

During the meeting, priority areas of bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, energy, cultural and humanitarian spheres were also discussed.

As is known, Turkmenistan and China have been cooperating in the fuel and energy sector for many years, in particular, in the area of exporting Turkmen natural gas to a friendly country. In this regard, the interlocutors noted the strategic nature of this area and emphasized the importance of continuing it on the basis of mutual benefit and equal partnership.

As noted, Turkmenistan is in favor of expanding trade and economic ties, where there are extensive prospects for increasing cooperation in the textile industry, railway transport and agriculture.

Particular attention was paid to cooperation in the transport sector. The interlocutors exchanged views on the prospects for establishing sustainable interregional transport and transit corridors.

The cultural and humanitarian sphere was also recognized as an integral part of Turkmen-Chinese relations. Our countries actively cooperate in the fields of science, education, culture and art, which contributes to the rapprochement and mutual enrichment of the cultures of the two peoples.

A separate topic of discussion during the meeting was issues of interaction in the international arena. In this context, the head of state noted Turkmenistan&#39;s initiative to form a Global Security Strategy under the auspices of the UN. According to the Turkmen side, it should focus on the role of developing countries in the modern world order, the use of preventive diplomacy and the principles of neutrality in peacekeeping activities.

In this regard, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that a substantive discussion of this topic will take place at the upcoming International Forum in Ashgabat in December 2025, dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan&#39;s neutrality.

The PRC Chairman noted that the Chinese side supports the constructive proposals put forward by Turkmenistan in the interests of peace and sustainable development in the regional and global dimensions.

Meeting of the President of Turkmenistan with the Chairman of the People's Republic of China

On June 12, 2025, a signing ceremony of the Joint Communiqu&eacute; on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Honduras was held in the office of the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the UN in New York City.

Before the signing ceremony, a meeting was held between the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the UN Aksoltan Atayeva and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Honduras to the UN Mary Elizabeth Flores.

The parties confirmed their mutual interest in strengthening friendly relations between the two countries, as well as developing bilateral political, economic and humanitarian cooperation, including interaction within the framework of international organizations, primarily within the UN.

The working visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan has begun

On June 16, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Marko Stucin.

The meeting discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral and multilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Slovenia, interaction within international organizations, as well as other issues of mutual interest.

Political consultations were then held between the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and Slovenia.

The Turkmen side was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova, and the Slovenian delegation was led by State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia Marko Stucin.

During the consultations, a set of topical issues of further strengthening Turkmen-Slovenian relations was considered in detail. An exchange of views on topical aspects of the regional and international agenda also took place.

The diplomats emphasized the constructive activities of states in a multilateral format, primarily on the sidelines of the UN, within which the parties provide mutual support to the international initiatives and undertakings put forward.

The mutual commitment to intensifying bilateral mutually beneficial partnership in various areas with an emphasis on improving the legal framework was confirmed.

Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, where there is significant potential for joint work. In this regard, the importance of intensifying the activities of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation was emphasized.

Such areas as telecommunications, transport, pharmaceuticals, innovative technologies, trade and others were named as promising areas.

In addition, the parties discussed in detail issues of interaction in the field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
