New project at «Galkynysh» field to have regional significance

On April 18, a ceremonial meeting was held in the Central Building of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan to mark the launch of large-scale operations on drilling production wells and constructing a modern gas treatment facility with an annual capacity of 10 billion cubic meters of marketable gas.

Reports at the event were delivered by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Guvanch Agajanov; State Minister of Turkmenistan &mdash; Chairman of the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmengaz&raquo; Maksat Babayev; Chairman of the State corporation &laquo;T&uuml;rkmengeologi&yacute;a&raquo; Gurbangeldi Garlyyev; Head of the Department of Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, Professor Atajan Burunov; Head of the Department of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, professor Italmaz Saparlyyev; and Chairman of the Trade Union Council of Oil and Gas Industry Workers of Turkmenistan Geldymyrat Seytiyev.

As emphasized during the speeches, the foundation for the implementation of the current stage was the contract signed in March of this year between the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmengaz&raquo; Maksat Babayev and the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). The agreement provides for the turnkey design and construction of key industrial infrastructure facilities at the field.

Under the wise leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and the esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the project has acquired a comprehensive character. Within the framework of the fourth stage, not only the drilling of new wells is planned, but also the construction of gas gathering, gas purification, and gas processing facilities. The program also includes the laying of gas pipelines, the construction of external engineering systems, and the development of social and welfare facilities for personnel.

Participants of the meeting elaborated on the socio-economic significance of the project. The implementation of the planned measures will create 1,041 new jobs, ensuring employment for the population; significantly increase the export volumes of natural gas to international markets; and form a solid foundation for further sustainable economic development and a steady improvement in citizens&rsquo; living standards.

The speakers unanimously noted that the state programs on industrialization and modernization of industry, initiated by the head of state, open broad prospects for the fundamental advancement of the oil and gas sector. At the conclusion of the official part, sincere words of gratitude were addressed to Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero-Arkadag for the large-scale reforms aimed at ensuring the prosperity and bright future of the country.

Ceremonial meeting held in the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan

From April 15 to 16, the IV International Open Online Olympiad in Informatics among university students was held at Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University.

A total of 793 students from 57 universities representing 16 countries took part in the competition, including Turkmenistan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, China, Germany, Romania, Malaysia, Georgia, Republic of T&uuml;rkiye, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, and Libya.

Participants were offered a total of 10 tasks covering areas such as algorithmic programming, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. The time allotted to complete the tasks was 120 minutes.

Prize-winning places were taken by students of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, the Institute of National Security of Turkmenistan, and the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan.

Students from foreign universities also demonstrated a high level of preparation. Among them were representatives of the Satbayev University (Kazakhstan), Bukhara State University (Uzbekistan), Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk (Belarus), and other foreign higher educational institutions.

The winners of the Olympiad were determined based on the total number of points scored, calculated using specially developed national software created by the Turkmen university. Based on the results of the individual standings and the overall scores of participating universities, team rankings were also determined.

The winners and prize-winners were awarded first-, second-, and third-degree diplomas.

The Olympiad, successfully organized for the fourth consecutive year by the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, serves as an effective platform for identifying talented and capable youth, creating favorable conditions for their further intellectual development and professional orientation, and training young specialists capable of analyzing scientific and practical challenges arising in modern informatics and related fields.

Olympiad at the International Oil and Gas University brings together 793 students from 16 countries

Last week, at exchange trading held at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, products of the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo; were sold on the foreign market.

Representatives of business circles from Uzbekistan concluded contracts with the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo; for the purchase of &laquo;SN-600&raquo; base oil.

In addition, during exchange trading at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the following goods were purchased: technical sulfuric acid, cotton yarn, cotton fiber, textile products, raw silk, thick licorice root extract, crude fatty acids of cotton soapstock, first-grade wheat flour, and terry products.

At the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, held online on April 18, Deputy Prime Minister Guvanch Agajanov reported on the draft resolution &laquo;On the establishment of the &laquo;Galkynyşgaz&raquo; State enterprise of the State Concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmengaz&raquo;.

As reported, the State concern signed a contract with &laquo;СNPС Amudarya Petroleum Сompany Ltd.&raquo; of the People&#39;s Republic of China for the design and turnkey construction of a facility for the treatment of 10 billion cubic meters of marketable gas per year, as well as production wells necessary for the treatment of the same volume of marketable gas. It was also reported that, with the participation of Hero-Arkadag, construction work had commenced on the fourth phase of the commercial development of the &laquo;Galkynyşgaz&raquo; gas field. In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister, on behalf of all employees of the oil and gas industry, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people.

To ensure the proper implementation of the assigned tasks, strengthen oversight of the project&#39;s implementation, coordinate work with the contractor, and ensure the full commissioning and management of the facility in the future, the Deputy Prime Minister submitted a draft resolution to the Head of State for his consideration.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the construction work for the fourth phase of the &laquo;Galkynyşgaz&raquo; gas field&#39;s commercial development had recently commenced with the participation of Hero-Arkadag, an event of historic significance. To successfully address the challenges facing the oil and gas industry, the Head of State signed the Resolution &laquo;On the Establishment of the &laquo;Galkynyşgaz&raquo; State enterprise of the State Concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmengaz&raquo;, instructing the Deputy Prime Minister to take the necessary measures in this regard.

According to the decree, the State Concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmengaz&raquo; is instructed to establish, in accordance with established procedures, the subordinate &laquo;Galkynyşgaz&raquo; State enterprise, operating on a self-financing basis, and to draft and approve the charter of the state-owned enterprise.

On April 18, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system, where a number of issues of state life were discussed.

Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan D. Gulmanova reported on the ongoing efforts to further modernize the country&#39;s legislation.

As reported, relevant work is underway to prepare draft legal acts that meet the realities of the times. In this regard, the twelfth meeting of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the seventh convocation was held on April 11 of this year, where a number of drafts of updated existing laws were discussed and adopted. These laws concern the protection of human rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests, industrial safety of hazardous production facilities, accounting and financial reporting, fisheries and the conservation of aquatic biological resources, licensing of certain types of activities, highways and road activities, and migration.

Proposals from ministries and industry agencies are currently being analyzed, and based on these proposals, draft laws relating to various areas of economic, political, and cultural life are being developed.

It was also reported that, in order to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign countries and international organizations, representatives of the Mejlis participated in the Third Regional Interparliamentary Dialogue on the Development of the Circular Economy, which was held in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

After hearing the information, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of continuing and, in the future, preparing new, timely draft laws and improving existing legal acts.

Then, the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan delivered reports on the activities of the entities under their supervision, preparations for upcoming events, and the implementation of previously issued instructions. A number of relevant proposals were also submitted to the Head of State for his consideration.

After hearing the reports, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposals and addressed the Deputy Prime Ministers with corresponding instructions.

A number of other important issues of state life were considered at the meeting, on which appropriate decisions were made.

President of Turkmenistan held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system

On April 16, the seventh meeting of the Turkmen-Chinese Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee was held in our capital, Ashgabat. It confirmed the commitment of both countries to deepening their comprehensive strategic partnership.

The energy sector was highlighted as a priority area of bilateral cooperation. Turkmenistan, possessing vast reserves of natural gas, views China as a long-term and strategic partner in the gas sector. The committee members exchanged views on the progress of existing contracts and the prospects for increasing energy supply volumes within the framework of the Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline project.

Following the meeting, a package of documents was signed to consolidate the reached agreements and provide a new impetus for further development of cooperation. In particular, the following were signed:

&mdash; Agreement on the establishment of a joint Turkmen-Chinese Energy Training Center between the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China, and the China University of Petroleum;

&mdash; Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the China Foreign Affairs University;

&mdash; Program for Scientific, Technical, and Innovative Cooperation for 2026&ndash;2028 between the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People&#39;s Republic of China;

&mdash; Memorandum of Understanding on developing cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence between the Communications Agency of Turkmenistan and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People&#39;s Republic of China;

&mdash; Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the transport and logistics sector between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the People&#39;s Republic of China;

&mdash; Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the People&#39;s Republic of China on the mutual establishment of cultural centers;

&mdash; Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of a Turkmen-Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine Center between the Myrat Garryev State Medical University of Turkmenistan and the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine;

&mdash; Program of Cooperation for 5 years (2026&ndash;2030) between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the People&#39;s Republic of China;

&mdash; Main Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the People&#39;s Republic of China on the fundamental principles of cooperation in the gas sector.

The Protocol of the seventh meeting of the Turkmen-Chinese Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee was also signed.

Agreement signed on the establishment of the Turkmen-Chinese Energy Training Center

With the successful implementation of drilling production wells and constructing a gas preparation facility with a capacity of 10 billion cubic meters of commercial gas per year under the fourth phase of the Galkynysh gas field development, 1,041 new jobs will be created. This was noted by the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in his speech at the ceremony held on April 17 in the Yoloten district of Mary province to launch these works.

Warmly greeting the participants, the Hero-Arkadag stated that in the modern era, every day in Turkmenistan is marked by glorious events, and today marks the launch of another large-scale undertaking vital for the further development of the country&#39;s gas industry &mdash; the fourth phase of the industrial development of the Galkynysh gas field.

As the National Leader noted, the commissioning of the Turkmenistan-China international gas pipeline in 2009 was one of the historical events that further strengthened mutually beneficial cooperation. For nearly 17 years, the Turkmen &quot;blue fuel&quot; exported through this pipeline has made a significant contribution to the development of the friendly country&#39;s economy.

The industrial development of the Galkynysh gas field, one of the largest in the world, is of great importance for the successful implementation of the Turkmen state&#39;s energy strategy and for strengthening the raw material base destined for export. Located in the south of Mary province, this gas field became one of the greatest discoveries by Turkmen geologists during the years of Independence.

&quot;We began the comprehensive development of the Galkynysh gas field in December 2009. In 2013, with the participation of the Honorable President of the People&#39;s Republic of China, Mr. Xi Jinping, we ceremoniously opened and commissioned a complex of plants for the preparation of commercial gas at the Galkynysh field. Today, as part of the fourth phase of its development, we are launching the construction of a facility to prepare 10 billion cubic meters of commercial gas per year and wells intended for the extraction of the same volume of gas. These works will be carried out by the China National Petroleum Corporation, acting as the general contractor by order of the State Concern &#39;T&uuml;rkmengaz&#39;,&quot; said the Hero-Arkadag.

It was noted that during the implementation of this historic project, construction will include gas wells, gas collection, treatment, and processing facilities, gas pipelines, external supply networks, and residential and public buildings. The new facilities will allow for a further increase in the volume of &quot;blue fuel&quot; sent abroad. This will create favorable conditions for the further development of our country and for enhancing the living conditions of our people. The Honorable Arkadag emphasized that systematic support for the activities of our foreign partners in the country and work to further develop cooperation will continue in the future.

&quot;The large-scale joint projects we are implementing with China are clear evidence that both states look to the future with confidence. These efforts are aimed at long-term, close cooperation. In this regard, I would like to emphasize the vast opportunities for the further development of partnership between the two countries. The effective use of these opportunities serves the interests not only of the two states but also perfectly aligns with the development goals of the entire Central Asian region. Therefore, our country views China as its strategic partner, including its key partner in the oil and gas sector,&quot; said the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan.

Implementation of a new project at the Galkynysh gas field will create 1,041 jobs

During the international conference &quot;Turkmenistan &ndash; People&#39;s Republic of China: 20 Years of Strategic Cooperation in the Gas Industry&quot; held in Ashgabat, Dai Houliang, Chairman of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), made an important statement. According to him, the new project for the development of the fourth phase of the Galkynysh field will become a model of modern technologies and environmentally friendly production.

The Chinese executive emphasized the strategic importance of deepening relations with Turkmenistan in the energy sector against the backdrop of changes in the global energy market and international instability. In accordance with the agreements of the Leaders of the two countries, CNPC aims to utilize all its capabilities to bring cooperation to a new level and contribute to mutual interests.

High international standards and innovative management methods will be followed in the development of the fourth phase of the Galkynysh field. Within the framework of the project, it is planned not only to extract gas but also to expand cooperation in areas such as new energy sources, oil refining, and petrochemistry. Additionally, the parties will exchange experience in the implementation of &quot;green&quot; technologies.

The use of digital system capabilities has been identified as one of the main directions for the development of the gas industry. It is planned to increase the efficiency of operations by introducing artificial intelligence and Big Data technologies into the production chain. This, in turn, will facilitate the modernization of the Turkmen-Chinese energy partnership.

This forum held in the capital became another testament to the strengthening of long-standing friendly relations and long-term energy cooperation between Turkmenistan and China. The parties confirmed that joint projects will be at the highest level not only from an economic but also from a technological standpoint.

Head of CNPC announced new heights of Turkmen-Chinese energy relations

An international scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of strategic cooperation in the gas sector between Turkmenistan and the People&#39;s Republic of China was held in our capital, Ashgabat. During the forum, the current state and future prospects of relations between the two countries in the energy sphere were discussed.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Guvanch Agajanov stated that the launch of the fourth stage of development at the giant &quot;Galkynysh&quot; gas field serves as evidence that cooperation is reaching a new level. In his speech, he emphasized that the foundations of initiatives in this direction were laid by the National Leader of the Turkmen people and are currently being successfully continued by Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

According to the Vice-Premier, the General Agreement previously reached between the two countries established a solid legal and political foundation for cooperation. The projects currently being implemented and the Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline are characterized as the modern economic continuation of the ancient Great Silk Road.

Turkmenistan and China celebrate 20 years of cooperation in the Gas Sector

In Turkmenistan, the fourth phase of the Galkynysh gas field development has been launched, involving the drilling of production wells and the construction of a gas processing facility with a capacity of 10 billion cubic meters of commercial gas per year. On this occasion, celebrations were held on April 17 in the Yoloten district of Mary province, attended by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and Ding Xuexiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and First Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC.

The Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan warmly welcomed the head of the Chinese delegation and together they watched Turkmen-Chinese musical performances. Along the way, at an exhibition organized here, they viewed works of applied art that widely reflect the history and culture of our people, as well as excellent examples of our national traditions passed down through the centuries.

Subsequently, the Hero-Arkadag and the guest familiarized themselves with specialized vehicles and powerful machinery to be used in the development of the fourth phase of &quot;Galkynysh.&quot; This specialized equipment is distinguished by the integration of modern innovative technologies.

In the assembly hall specially arranged for the ceremony, speeches were delivered by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and First Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC.

Videos introducing the historical stages of the Galkynysh gas field development and achievements in the country&#39;s oil and gas industry were also shown. Following the videos, Turkmen and Chinese specialists, via a digital system, respectfully requested the Hero-Arkadag to give his blessing to start drilling the first gas well of the fourth phase of the Galkynysh field development.

With the blessing of the National Leader, the drilling rig commenced operations.

Then, the Hero-Arkadag and the First Vice Premier of the State Council of the People&#39;s Republic of China left a commemorative inscription for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new facility, ceremoniously placed the capsule containing the inscription into the foundation of the building, and launched the construction by pouring the first batch of concrete.

A festive meal (toy sadaka) was also held here with the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the First Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC Ding Xuexiang to mark the groundbreaking of the fourth phase of the Galkynysh gas field development.

Fourth phase of Galkynysh gas field development launched in Turkmenistan

On April 17, Turkmenistan launched the fourth phase of development of the &laquo;Galkynyş&raquo; gas field. According to the newspaper &laquo;Нейтральный Туркменистан&raquo;, a ceremonial event marking the start of drilling new wells and construction of a natural gas processing facility was held at the field.

The project is aimed at increasing production volumes and strengthening the country&rsquo;s export potential, primarily in the Chinese direction. It provides for the creation of capacities enabling the additional processing of up to 10 billion cubic meters of commercial gas per year.

In addition, the implementation of the initiative will create new jobs, expand the capabilities of the fuel and energy complex, and further strengthen cooperation between Turkmenistan and China in the gas sector.

Turkmenistan launches the fourth phase of development of the «Galkynyş» gas field

On April 16, Ashgabat hosted the seventh meeting of the Turkmen&ndash;Chinese Intergovernmental Committee on Cooperation. The meeting marked an important stage in the practical implementation of agreements reached at the highest state level and reaffirmed both countries&rsquo; commitment to deepening their comprehensive strategic partnership.

Prior to the plenary session, a meeting was held between the co-chairs of the Committee. During the discussion, conducted in an atmosphere of trust, the sides exchanged views on the current state of constructive interstate dialogue. It was particularly emphasized that thanks to the personal efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and President of the People&rsquo;s Republic of China Xi Jinping, bilateral relations&mdash;characterized by a high level of mutual understanding and trust&mdash;have reached a qualitatively new stage.

Opening the plenary session, the participants noted with satisfaction that Turkmen&ndash;Chinese cooperation, based on the principles of equality and respect for the national interests of the two friendly states, is exemplary in nature. It was stressed that over the years the Intergovernmental Committee has established itself as an effective mechanism for coordinating interaction in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the development of trade and economic ties. For many years, China has been one of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s largest foreign trade partners. In this context, the sides discussed opportunities to diversify trade turnover, expand the range of export-oriented goods, and create favorable conditions for cooperation between business communities of the two countries.

The energy sector was identified as a priority area of interstate cooperation. Turkmenistan, possessing vast natural gas reserves, considers the People&rsquo;s Republic of China a long-term and strategic partner in the gas industry. Committee members reviewed the implementation of existing agreements and prospects for increasing energy exports within the framework of the Turkmenistan&ndash;China gas pipeline project.

Cooperation in transport and logistics was also highlighted as a key issue on the agenda. Given Turkmenistan&rsquo;s advantageous geographic location, interest was expressed in coordinating the country&rsquo;s &ldquo;Revival of the Great Silk Road&rdquo; strategy with China&rsquo;s &ldquo;Belt and Road Initiative.&rdquo; In this regard, it was emphasized that the creation of multimodal transport corridors would significantly increase transit flows between Asia and Europe.

Other areas of cooperation were also addressed. In particular, taking into account the growing needs of the modern railway system, including freight transportation and the increasing importance of the sector, a number of proposals were presented for modernizing railway infrastructure and preparing relevant projects.

Logistics projects were likewise discussed. The implementation of tasks in the transport and logistics sphere is of great importance for the development of bilateral cooperation. Emphasis was placed on the significance of transport and logistics initiatives, with proposals voiced for developing new projects and modernizing existing systems.

In this context, proposals for joint activities at the Garlyk deposit in the Lebap velayat were noted, and corresponding projects were put forward.

During the exchange of views on pressing international issues, it was confirmed that Turkmenistan and China share similar or identical approaches to key issues of global development. In order to ensure peace, stability, and sustainable development in Central Asia and beyond, the sides agreed to continue coordinated activities within major international organizations, primarily the United Nations.

Following the meeting, a package of documents was signed to give new impetus to the implementation of the agreements reached and to further expand productive cooperation. On April 16, the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled &ldquo;Turkmenistan&ndash;People&rsquo;s Republic of China: 20 Years of Strategic Partnership in the Gas Sector&rdquo; was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat. The forum became another confirmation of the strengthening friendly ties and long-term energy cooperation between the two states.

Gas-lift oil production continues to be actively implemented at the Goturdepe oil and gas field in the western region of Turkmenistan, contributing to improved production and efficient use of natural resources, according to the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

Goturdepe, one of the oldest fields in the country, has been in development since the 1960s. Previously, production was primarily carried out using a flowing method, but in recent years, priority has been given to modern technologies, including gas-lift.

A modern gas compressor station has been commissioned at the field as part of its modernization. This has enabled more than 400 wells to be converted to gas-lift production. This method utilizes associated gas, which, after purification and compression, is injected into the wells, lifting oil to the surface.

This technology allows for a consistent increase in daily well flow rates. The Goturdepe oil and gas production department of the Nebitgazchykarysh trust, part of the State Concern Turkmennebit, operates the facilities.

The gas compressor station, with a capacity of up to 12 million cubic meters of gas per day, is operating normally and is equipped with automated control systems.

Experts note that further infrastructure development and drilling of new wells in the western region of the country will strengthen Turkmenistan&#39;s energy potential and expand its export opportunities.

Gas-lift oil production is being effectively implemented at the Goturdepe field

In order to modernize the national legislative framework, President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a number of new laws. This was reported by the &ldquo;Watan&rdquo; news program.

Among the documents signed by the head of state are the Laws &ldquo;On Amendments and Additions to the Code of Turkmenistan on Administrative Offenses,&rdquo; &ldquo;On Amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan &lsquo;On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities,&rsquo;&rdquo; as well as &ldquo;On Additions and Amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan &lsquo;On Accounting and Financial Reporting.&rsquo;&rdquo;

The Laws &ldquo;On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Turkmenistan,&rdquo; &ldquo;On Amendments and Additions to the Law of Turkmenistan &lsquo;On Fisheries and Conservation of Aquatic Biological Resources,&rsquo;&rdquo; and &ldquo;On Amendments and Additions to the Law of Turkmenistan &lsquo;On Migration&rsquo;&rdquo; were also signed.

The newly adopted laws will be fully published in the mass media.
