The diligent year-round labour of Lebap&#39;s grain farmers has fully paid off, becoming the foundation of a rich harvest obtained in the country&#39;s eastern region. The current harvest season, which began with the blessing of the head of state and respected elders, is rapidly gaining momentum, with the nation&#39;s granaries being replenished daily with tonnes of premium grain. These successes clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of the agrarian reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and currently being implemented under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. 
This season, the tenant farmers of Lebap velayat, thanks to comprehensive measures taken &mdash; including strict adherence to agrotechnical standards &mdash; cultivated a generous wheat harvest across an area of 130,000 hectares. The first to report fulfilment of the state order were grain farmers of &Ccedil;&auml;rjew and Hala&ccedil; etraps. The farmers of &Ccedil;&auml;rjew etrap harvested more than 51,100 tonnes of grain from 16,800 hectares against a plan of 50,000 tonnes. The farmers of Hala&ccedil; delivered 26,700 tonnes of harvest obtained from nearly 11,000 hectares to the nation&#39;s threshing floors, also surpassing the established target. 
The leader in yield became the &laquo;Watan&raquo; farmer&#39;s association of &Ccedil;&auml;rjew etrap, where tenant farmers obtained an average of 40 centners of grain per unit area. Obligations were fulfilled at 113%. Other farms of &Ccedil;&auml;rjew etrap also achieved excellent results (approximately 110% of the plan), including those named after J. Hekimov, &laquo;Je&yacute;hun&raquo;, &laquo;Amyder&yacute;a&raquo;, named after H.Hajy&yacute;ev, &laquo;Parahat&raquo; we &laquo;Lebap&raquo;, as well as farms of Hala&ccedil; etrap &mdash; &laquo;Pelwert&raquo;, named after Magtymguly, &laquo;&Ccedil;ohpetde&raquo;, which fulfilled the plan at 104%. 
The high pace of the campaign is ensured by the uninterrupted operation of 322 powerful combine harvesters from leading global manufacturers, serviced by specialists of the &laquo;Lebapobahyzmat&raquo; production association. Timely supply of spare parts has eliminated equipment downtime in the fields. An additional incentive for harvest participants has been the labour competition organised by velayat and etrap trade unions, which regularly commend leading workers. The confident outlook of Lebap&#39;s agricultural workers leaves no doubt: the grain harvest in the region will be successfully completed in the shortest possible time.

Next year, the Culture Week in Turkmenistan will be held in Dashoguz velayat from June 22nd to June 27th. The corresponding Resolution was signed by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on June 26th.According to the document, an organizing committee for holding the Culture Week has been formed, and its composition has been approved.The Resolution was adopted for the purposes of significantly improving activities in the domestic sphere of culture, enriching national culture, art, and literature with modern works, raising the professionalism of creative figures, perfecting the work of the mass media, stimulating creative workers to create new works in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, as well as conducting, in accordance with the spirit of the Turkmen national holiday, the Culture Weeks traditionally timed to the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi.

Congratulation of a President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the Day of Workers of Culture and Art, as well as the Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi

A new production facility is to be established at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries of a State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo;. The corresponding proposal was submitted by a Deputy Prime Minister Guvanch Agajanov at a regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting held via digital system on June 26 and was approved by a President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

As reported in the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers&#39; address on the activities of the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo;, the measures being taken to establish new production facilities at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries through the introduction of modern technologies are intended to facilitate the launch of import-substituting, competitive petrochemical products.

Noting the importance of targeted work on the consistent modernization of the oil refining industry and the production of petrochemical products, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov issued a number of specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister.

On June 26, a President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting via digital system, at which a number of state affairs were considered.

The first to speak was a Speaker of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan D&uuml;n&yacute;ag&ouml;zel Gulmanova, who reported on the ongoing work to improve national legislation. As noted, the necessary work is being carried out to introduce relevant amendments and additions to legal acts aimed at the further development of Turkmenistan, raising the living standards of the population, protecting human rights and freedoms, and implementing state programs.

In addition, a meeting was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People&#39;s Republic of China to Turkmenistan. Representatives of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan participated in seminars on various issues organized by structural divisions of the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe jointly with relevant state institutions of the country.

Summarizing the information, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of further strengthening the national legislative framework and improving legal acts.

Next, the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan delivered reports on the ongoing work in the sectors under their supervision, the fulfillment of previously assigned instructions, and preparations for upcoming events. The Deputy Prime Ministers also submitted relevant proposals and draft Resolutions for the consideration of the Head of State.

Having heard the reports, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the submitted proposals and issued the Deputy Prime Ministers with corresponding instructions and directives for their implementation.

A number of other important state matters were also considered at the meeting, and relevant decisions were adopted.

They also acquired cotton fiber from Turkmen businessmen.On the domestic market, representatives of business circles of Turkmenistan concluded deals with the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan for the purchase of «Cretonne» cotton fabric.In the course of the trades, 3 deals were concluded for a total amount of 885,000 manats and 3,042,990 US dollars.

Charity Fund named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov discussed humanitarian cooperation with foreign diplomats

The fourth day of the large-scale forum was also filled with significant cultural events, the organized conduct of which corresponds to the main goal of the Week &mdash; the preservation, comprehensive study and broad promotion of the spiritual values of our people, the promotion of professional growth of creative figures, the identification of new talents and the raising of the cultural level of society.

At the Palace of Culture of Oil Workers named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi in the city of Balkanabat, a concert of vocal, musical and creative ensembles of the Balkan velayat Special School of Arts was held.

Young talents demonstrated their love for national art and their aspiration for creative development. Musical performances filled with inspired songs, music and lively dances became convincing evidence of the great interest of the younger generation in this field.

The festive children&#39;s concert, which united a cultural and entertainment program, demonstrated that the magical art is a connecting link between eras and generations. The performances of young talents of the Balkan velayat were distinguished by their modernity and left pleasant impressions on the audience. The children&#39;s love of music, combined with the magical power of art, gave the event the atmosphere of a true celebration.

Inspiration of the oil region: masters of cinema and young musicians conquered Balkanabat

On June 25, a telephone conversation took place between the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Warmly greeting each other, the Hero-Arkadag and the head of the neighboring state noted with satisfaction the high level of interaction between the two countries at the present stage. In this context, the President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the significance of the recent state visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. As was noted, the representative composition of the Turkmen delegation is regarded as a sign of great respect for Azerbaijan.

This visit marked an important milestone in the history of the traditionally friendly bilateral relations, the leader of the brotherly state noted, expressing confidence that the agreements reached during the negotiations would give additional impetus to the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.

Thanking him for the kind words, the National Leader of the Turkmen People noted that Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan, as neighboring countries, build their partnership on the principles of mutual respect. As was emphasized, the agreements reached following the visit laid a solid foundation for the further deepening of cooperation in the trade, economic, industrial, and transport sectors, as well as in the fields of agriculture and healthcare.

In addition, the significance of the traditionally productive relations in such areas as culture, science, education, and sports was noted. It was also noted with satisfaction that the high-level holding of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in the cities of Baku and Ganja, as well as the Days of Culture of Azerbaijan in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, is yet another testament to the shared historical roots of the two peoples, tracing back to the Oguz.

Speaking about the ongoing preparations for the international exhibition &laquo;Ene &ndash; tebigat&raquo;, to be held in Turkmenistan from October 19 to November 30 of this year, organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen People noted that this event would contribute to strengthening cooperation between the two Foundations.

These transformations not only enhance production efficiency but also elevate the competitiveness of Turkmen energy products in international markets to a completely new level.

Within the framework of the &quot;Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the Period up to 2030,&quot; all stages&mdash;from hydrocarbon exploration to the delivery of the finished product&mdash;are being digitalized. In order to strengthen the legal framework of the digitalization process, the Laws of Turkmenistan &quot;On Cybersecurity&quot; and &quot;On Electronic Documents, Electronic Document Management, and Digital Services&quot; were enacted. These documents serve as a solid foundation for the secure and efficient operation of the digital ecosystem. The main goal of digital development is to ensure the sustainability of industries and create an enabling environment for innovative growth.

The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR), located on the Caspian Sea coast, is the technological flagship of the country&#39;s petrochemical industry. The modernization work carried out here has enabled complete automation of production and a transition to digital management.

SCADA and ERP Systems: Complex chemical processes at the refinery are monitored in real time via the SCADA system. Additionally, the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has optimized logistics and financial turnover.

MSCC Technology: Through digital control of catalytic cracking units, the depth of oil refining has exceeded 90 percent. This ensures the production of high-octane gasoline and environmentally friendly liquefied gas that meet world standards.

Digital Terminals: Product loading operations into tankers and rail tank cars are carried out through automated systems, which helps save time and increase accuracy.

The Seydi Oil Refinery (SOR), an industrial giant of our eastern region, has also actively joined the scope of digital transformations. The modernization of production lines and the introduction of new technologies at the plant have increased the efficiency of hydrocarbon raw material processing. Digital monitoring systems continuously analyze equipment status, making it possible to prevent production bottlenecks and strengthen safety measures.

Artificial intelligence plays an enormous role in implementing the &quot;Smart Fields&quot; and &quot;Smart Wells&quot; concepts within the oil and gas sector. AI systems analyze vast amounts of geological and technological data within seconds, offering optimal solutions to increase well efficiency. This helps reduce the cost of hydrocarbon extraction and promotes the rational use of natural resources.

With the growth of the digital economy, the demand for new professions in the labor market is increasing. In accordance with the &quot;Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026&ndash;2052,&quot; approved by the Decree of the Honorable President, personnel are being trained for the oil and gas sector in new specialties such as IT specialists, cybersecurity experts, and AI operators. The recently published manual &quot;Atlas of Professions of the Future&quot; helps young specialists determine which fields will be most significant in the future.

The production units of the State concern operating in Balkan velayat make a significant contribution to the implementation of the tasks set by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the national fuel and energy complex. According to specialists, &laquo;Gumdagnebit&raquo; Oil and Gas Production Department (OGPD) of the &quot;Nebitgazchykarish&quot; Trust stands out among the leading enterprises. Its team performs efficient work on the commercial development of such oil and gas fields in the velayat as Gumdag, Gu&yacute;juk, G&ouml;gerendag, Ekizak, &Ouml;rdekli, Uzynada, as well as on raw material extraction. Furthermore, the enterprise&#39;s employees process the hydrocarbon raw materials extracted from the underground horizons of the Uzynada field&mdash;located in the Caspian Sea coastal zone&mdash;to marketable standards and dispatch them to state storage facilities.

The recent commissioning of a unit for the separation and transportation of gas condensate mixture at the Uzynada field has opened up broad opportunities, significantly reducing production time and related costs. Specifically, thanks to the new production facility, the need to send the hydrocarbon raw materials extracted here to the separation and pumping facilities of the &Ouml;rdekli, G&ouml;gerendag, Gumdag fields for processing into a marketable form has been eliminated. Thus, the new facility has created reliable conditions for the well-coordinated organization of work on the commercial development of the Uzynada field in the Caspian region.

Notably, commissioned by a &laquo;Gumdagnebit&raquo; Oil and Gas Production Department, the design work was carried out by a &laquo;Nebitgazylmytaslama&raquo; Institute of the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo;, located in Balkanabat, the administrative center of Balkan velayat. The builders of a &laquo;&Yacute;&ouml;ritegurluşykgurnama&raquo; Department of a &laquo;Nebitgaz&ccedil;ykaryş&raquo; Trust constructed this production facility to a high standard of quality.

Thanks to the capacity of the modern, high-performance equipment installed here, the extracted natural gas is purified from condensate, water, and other mechanical impurities. As a result, the &laquo;blue fuel&raquo; is directed through a new pipeline with a total length of 32.3 kilometers to the gas compressor station at a Barsagelmes field. The separated oil condensate is collected in specialized tank farms and sent in due course to the Gumdag oil preparation and pumping point. The water separated from the oil condensate will be pumped to the Bugarma site, the construction of which is planned at the Uzynada field.

The current pace of work at the promising Uzynada field reinforces confidence that the workforce will continue to achieve success and reach new heights. The hardworking specialists, who have modern facilities and advanced global technologies at their disposal, express their boundless gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, as well as to the President of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, for the exemplary working conditions and opportunities created for them.

As part of a Culture Week taking place in Balkan velayat of Turkmenistan, a conference titled «Methodology of Modern Teaching Using the Capabilities of the Digital System» was held at a Cultural and Sports Complex of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries of the State concern «Türkmennebit». This was reported by a State News Agency of Turkmenistan.As noted, in accordance with a «Concept for the Development of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan» modern teaching methods and new disciplines that meet contemporary requirements are being introduced in all educational institutions across the country, including higher education establishments. The speakers emphasized that with the development of advanced technologies and science, a «smart» society focused on human needs is being formed. At an exchange trading held at a State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan on June 23, deals were concluded on an external market for the purchase of products of a State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo;.

Representatives of business circles from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan concluded deals with the State concern &laquo;T&uuml;rkmennebit&raquo; for the purchase of a liquefied gas.

Turkish businessmen purchased a cotton fiber and a cotton yarn from Turkmen entrepreneurs.

During the trading session, 7 deals were concluded for a total amount of 3,489,650 US dollars.

A State concern «Türkmennebit» will supply liquefied gas to Afghanistan and Uzbekistan following exchange trading

On June 23rd, within the framework of a state visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, a President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the cities of Fuzuli and Shusha.

The Arkadagly Hero-Serdar, together with a President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, familiarized themselves with new construction projects in Fuzuli, including a mosque. It should be noted that this mosque is being built as a gift to Azerbaijan. Its construction was initiated by the Hero-Arkadag and is being carried out using funds from the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The mosque being erected in Fuzuli will become a visible symbol of friendship and brotherhood of the Turkmen and Azerbaijani peoples, who are committed to such fundamental life principles as humanism, solidarity, unity, and the performance of good deeds.

Taking the opportunity, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, once again expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the mosque being built in Fuzuli, which personifies the friendly relations between the two countries.

Then, the heads of the two states visited the mosque under construction in Shusha.

Projects and diagrams of the new building were presented to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov: in the appearance and interior of the religious building, decorative elements are used that are regulated by the canons of Islamic architecture and convey the original features of local architecture.

Next, the heads of the two states visited a special exhibition dedicated to the life path, state activity, and immense merits of the national Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev.

The exposition consisted of photographic materials, documents, and video films about the outstanding activity of Heydar Aliyev.

Then, the Presidents of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan viewed the busts of Khurshidbanu Natavan and Bulbul, as well as the monument to Uzeyir Hajibeyli.

The heads of the two states also visited the Shusha Fortress.

The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov was briefed in detail on the history of this unique site, which was founded in the XVIII century by Panah Ali Khan: the state-protected architectural monument was built in 1752 on a high-mountain plateau. The Shusha Fortress was a center where different cultures and peoples intersected. Its picturesque natural surroundings are a place of attraction for travelers and artists.

Children&#39;s and family photographs, personal belongings of the founder of Azerbaijani professional vocal art, as well as documents about his creative, scientific, pedagogical, and social activities are presented here.

Noting the commonality of historical roots, material, and spiritual values of the Azerbaijani and Turkmen peoples, Polad Bulbuloglu stressed that the meeting with the President of Turkmenistan was a great honor for him.

Then, the heads of the two states proceeded to the Jidir Duzu plain tract.

This picturesque corner of nature, located on the edge of steep cliffs, has since ancient times been considered a place for holding horse races, national games, and celebrations.

Here, as a sign of high respect, Arkadagly-Hero Serdar was presented with a gift of a Karabakh breed horse named Mert. This event has special significance in the context of the declaration of the current year in our country as the year &laquo;Independent Neutral Turkmenistan &ndash; the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses&raquo;.

Handing over the passport of the horse to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev highly assessed the activity carried out in Turkmenistan at the state level for the development of horse breeding.

Thanking for the wonderful gift, the Head of State noted that he accepts it as a sign of the inviolability of Turkmen-Azerbaijani friendship.
