The «Asuda akym» Business Company, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, is demonstrating strong results in implementing the country's socioeconomic development program. Its production facility is located in the Dänew etrap of Lebap velayat and covers an area of three hectares. The plant is equipped with advanced, high-tech equipment from the United States, Republic of Türkiýe, and European countries, and employs 150 skilled specialists.The plant's production capacity allows for output of up to 20,000 tons of products per year. Its product line includes 25 types of items, including synthetic, semi-synthetic, and all-season motor oils, as well as specialized lubricants for industrial use, hydraulic systems, and agricultural machinery. The main raw material is sourced from the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. Using domestic raw materials ensures high quality and reduces production costs, keeping prices affordable for consumers. The finished products are packaged in plastic containers of 1, 5, 20, and 25 liters, which are also fully manufactured on-site at the plant.Thanks to its compliance with international quality standards, the "Asuda Akym" Business Company meets domestic market demand and is expanding exports to neighboring countries, contributing to strengthening Turkmenistan's economic potential.

In this context, proposals were voiced to strengthen regional scientific networks, expand information exchange, and create a Caspian Scientific Partnership that would bring together research institutes from across the region. To make rational use of hydrocarbon resources and improve the efficiency of field development, advanced technical and technological solutions proven in global practice are being successfully introduced in the country's oil and gas industry.Smart well technology is an innovative system that includes a variety of measuring instruments and actuators integrated into well completion equipment, along with a surface digital system. Its main purpose is continuous monitoring of reservoir temperature and pressure and remote flow control without the need for geophysical surveys or workover operations on costly, high-risk wells.The technology's main advantage is a unique method of downhole measurement that requires no electronics: sensitive quartz elements, free of active microchips and semiconductors, are lowered into the wellbore's near-bottomhole zone. All operations are converted into digital signals and transmitted to a surface recording unit, which eliminates thermal degradation of electronics and ensures an equipment service life of more than 10 years.The system includes high-precision quartz pressure and temperature gauges with a measurement range of up to 130 MPa and up to +250°C, a distributed "Termokosa" system with up to 200 modules on a single cable and a resolution better than 0.005°C, as well as compact electric flow-control valves. Valves with an outer diameter of 89 millimeters make it possible to isolate zones in an open hole or in 114-millimeter liners and regulate flow according to a chosen scheme. The surface recording unit operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is powered by an autonomous energy supply system based on solar panels and a wind generator.The use of this technology in developing gas and gas condensate fields in Turkmenistan is of strategic importance. Smart well technology makes it possible to identify and isolate watered-out intervals to prevent hydrate formation and well self-killing.
