Under the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the country&rsquo;s energy policy is being consistently implemented with the goal of ensuring the comprehensive development of the oil and gas industry and its successful integration into the global energy system. Large-scale investment projects in this area play a key role in strengthening both regional and global energy security.

At the plenary session of the 30th anniversary International Conference &quot;Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan &ndash; OGT 2025,&quot; Abdullah Al Shamsi, Business Development Director of XRG (ADNOC), spoke. On October 21, the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, inspected the projects of new buildings under construction and planned for implementation, as well as preparations for a nationwide greening campaign, in the city of Arkadag.

Hero-Arkadag first headed to the site of the nationwide greening campaign in the new city. The National Leader of the Turkmen People emphasized the importance of ensuring active participation in the greening campaign, which is traditionally held annually and is crucial for improving the country&#39;s ecology. Preference is given to evergreen tree seedlings that are suitable for the local soil and climate conditions, including those that are heat- and frost-resistant.

The Chairman of the State Construction Committee of the city of Arkadag, D. Orazov, and the mayor of Arkadag, G. Mammedova, briefed the public on preparations for the greening campaign. As reported, during the upcoming nationwide campaign in the smart city, it is proposed to plant Turkmen juniper seedlings grown by experienced gardeners.

Having approved the first juniper planting in the new city, scientist Arkadag made a number of recommendations for establishing systematic care for the seedlings in accordance with agricultural practices.

Then, doctor Arkadag inspected the construction of the new city&#39;s medical cluster facilities. Quality remains the primary requirement for the construction of the industrial complex. The same applies to the raw materials used in production. Regarding industrial waste management, proper disposal is paramount. Emphasizing the need to establish production processes that will not impact the lives of city residents, Hero-Arkadag made a number of relevant recommendations.

Next, Hero-Arkadag visited the site where the second phase of construction is underway and reviewed the design work.

This included the design for the building of the Road Police Inspection Service, the Service for Determining the Technical Condition and Registration of Vehicles of the Arkadag Police Department, and the interior design of the museum under construction, including exhibition hall layouts.

OGT–2025: A New Era of Energy Cooperation

Preparations for the XXX International Conference and Exhibition &quot;Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan&quot; (OGT 2025) are nearing completion in Ashgabat. Delegates from over 70 countries are already arriving in the capital to participate in the country&#39;s main energy forum, which will be held October 22-24 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

The first group of foreign delegates successfully arrived in Ashgabat and completed all formalities in record time &ndash; less than 30 minutes.

The packed pre-conference day program on October 21 includes a sightseeing tour of Ashgabat, a visit to the ancient Nisa Fortress, the National Turkmen Carpet Museum, lunch, and a golf tournament at the Ashgabat Golf Club.

Hero Arkadag arrived in the Afghan province of Rabat-Sangi, to the construction site of the Serhetabat-Herat section of the gas pipeline. There, the National Leader of the Turkmen People was warmly welcomed by members of the official delegations of our country and Afghanistan.

A ceremonial meeting followed. In his speech, Hero Arkadag emphasized that, under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar , ambitious projects are being successfully implemented, contributing to the expansion of friendly and good-neighborly relations.

It was noted that large-scale measures are being taken to increase Turkmen natural gas production and ensure its reliable supply to foreign markets. This is fully demonstrated by the work carried out by the State Concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmengaz&quot; to build new gas pipelines of international significance.

As Hero Arkadag noted, a solid material and technical base has been established for the implementation of the aforementioned project: this process is supported by more than 200 units of modern and powerful equipment. Afghan citizens will also be involved in the project, and its full implementation will create new jobs for the Afghan people. Furthermore, an average of over $1 billion in annual funds will flow to Afghanistan. All this will have a positive impact not only on Turkmen-Afghan relations but also on the region as a whole.

Hero Arkadag then blessed the implementation of the next stage of a key link in the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline project to the Afghan province of Herat &ndash; the Serhetabat-Herat gas pipeline, known as &quot;Arkadagyň ak &yacute;oly.&quot;
