The project, created with the participation of employees of the Laboratory of Production and Energy Saving of the International Scientific and Technological Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan M. Khudaiberdyev, R. Esedulayev, D. Gadamov and A. Pirmedov, is aimed at increasing the efficiency of diethylene glycol extraction at oil and gas condensate fields.

Water vapor in natural gas under certain pressure and temperature conditions forms methane hydrates, which can lead to clogging of pipelines and damage to equipment. To prevent these problems, diethylene glycol is widely used as a natural gas dehydrator. The importance of the invention is due to the need to ensure absorption at a level of 99% or more.

Thus, this technology will become an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution that will not only increase the efficiency of natural gas drying, but also contribute to the sustainable development of the energy sector.

Turkmenistan develops new technology for energy sector development

On September 11, a ceremony of opening a new modern village and automobile bridges was held in the gengeshlik of Tyaze el of the Koneurgench etrap of Dashoguz velayat. New industrial facility in Turkmenistan receives international certificates

On September 8, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov attended the opening ceremony of a glass production workshop on the territory of an industrial complex in the northern part of the capital. The capacity of the new production facility is 100 tons of glass products per day.

After speeches by cultural and artistic masters, the head of state solemnly cut the symbolic ribbon, opening a new production facility. At that moment, multi-colored balloons flew into the sky.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov inspected the exhibition of the construction and industrial complex, organized on the territory of the enterprise. After reviewing the exposition, the head of state went to the administrative building of the enterprise, where he pressed the corresponding button, starting the new industrial facility.

Then a video was shown about the work of the glass container production enterprise, including the complex technological process of the production itself.

The President of the country visited the laboratory, where a specialist acquainted the head of state with the conditions created here.

The head of state also went to the production workshop, where he got acquainted with the technological process.

During the opening ceremony, a ceremony of presenting certificates to the new enterprise was also held.

Then, on behalf of the workers of the country&#39;s construction and industrial complex, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was presented with a beautiful Turkmen carpet.

Then the head of state presented the head of the T&uuml;rkmen a&yacute;na &ouml;n&uuml;mleri enterprise with the keys to new cars and special equipment.

On February 9, 2025, declared the International Year of Peace and Trust, the Central Building of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s Oil and Gas Complex hosted a reporting meeting dedicated to the results of the fuel and energy complex&rsquo;s (FEC) activities in 2024, which was held under the motto &quot;The Treasury of Wisdom &ndash; Magtymguly Pyragy.&quot;

During the event, discussions focused on the tasks set by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 7, where the outcomes of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s socio-economic development in 2024 were reviewed. The meeting also examined further steps to advance efforts in this sector.

Opening the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov emphasized that thanks to the attention and support of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan&rsquo;s oil and gas industry is developing steadily, with continuous modernization of its material and technical base. The Vice Premier stressed the importance of effectively addressing the key objectives set for the country&rsquo;s FEC.

During the meeting, State Minister of Turkmenistan and Chairman of the State Concern &quot;Turkmengaz&quot; Maksat Babaev, Chairman of the State Concern &quot;Turkmennebit&quot; Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the State Corporation &quot;Turkmengeology&quot; Gurbangeldy Garlyyev, as well as heads of associations, departments, and enterprises of the oil and gas complex, presented reports on their work and discussed future tasks.

The speeches included data on oil production, gas condensate, and liquefied gas output, as well as on the development of cooperation with leading foreign companies, the introduction of digital technologies, the acceleration of work at the &quot;Galkynysh&quot; gas field, and the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to both domestic and foreign consumers. Steps towards achieving the objectives set for 2025 were also outlined.

During the meeting, Vice Premier Batyr Amanov emphasized the necessity of continuous monitoring of major ongoing projects in the sector, the integration of modern technologies, the fulfillment of production plans, and the involvement of young professionals in the workforce. He also outlined specific tasks for the State Concerns &quot;Turkmengaz&quot; and &quot;Turkmennebit&quot;, as well as the State Corporation &quot;Turkmengeology,&quot; wishing success in further advancing the oil and gas sector.

Ashyrguly Begliyev, Advisor to the President of Turkmenistan on Oil and Gas Affairs, highlighted priority areas for the future development of the FEC, including the exploration of new deposits, the implementation of innovative technologies in large-scale projects, the attraction of foreign investment, and the improvement of specialists&rsquo; qualifications.
