On April 17, 2025, a meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Bashimova and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkmenistan Azizbek Madmarov.

A meeting with the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

With the participation of representatives of the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation in the Astrakhan Museum-Reserve was held a round table dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust.

President of Turkmenistan Receives Newly Appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Less than a week remains until the opening of the Turkmenistan International Investment Forum TEIF 2025, which will be held on 23-24 April 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

According to the TEIF 2025 Organizing Committee, registration for the upcoming forum is now closed. In total, more than 355 delegates from 42 countries have been registered.

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), located in the heart of Malaysia&rsquo;s bustling capital, has been selected as the prestigious venue for the upcoming forum.

At this time, applications for individual meetings with key representatives of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s government agencies have also closed. A significant level of interest was registered from the international business community during the application period, demonstrating a keen desire to directly engage with government officials of Turkmenistan. Applications were received from companies across a range of sectors, all seeking to explore the country&rsquo;s investment climate, discuss potential ventures and establish business connections.

The previous round allowed the forum organizers to develop a schedule of meetings that would best serve the interests of both government officials and potential investors. Kuala Lumpur gears up to host TEIF 2025

On April 15-16, 2025, a delegation of Turkmenistan headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs A. Gurbanov was on a working visit to the State of Kuwait to participate in the third ministerial meeting of the Central Asia-Gulf Cooperation Council (CA-GCC) Strategic Dialogue held in Kuwait city.

The meeting was attended by the leadership of foreign ministries of Central Asian countries and six countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, the sides discussed deepening of partnership in various spheres and the need to further expand mutually beneficial ties. Special attention was paid to the importance of analyzing specific recommendations and proposals aimed at expanding cooperation in trade-economic, investment, transport-communication, cultural-humanitarian, environmental protection and tourism spheres.

The commitment of the parties to actively develop multilateral mechanisms of interaction and strengthen mutual ties between Central Asia and the Gulf States was reaffirmed.

Addressing the meeting, the delegation of Turkmenistan voiced present issues and initiatives to strengthen cooperation between the countries participating in the Strategic Dialog in the transport-logistics, energy, economic and humanitarian spheres.

During the visit of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, to Japan, a Framework Agreement was signed on the construction of a new large-scale production facility. The document provides for cooperation in the design, procurement, and turnkey construction of a urea plant in the town of Kiyanly.

The agreement was concluded between the State Concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmenhimi&yacute;a&quot;, the Japanese companies &quot;Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.&quot; and &quot;Mitsubishi Corporation&quot;, as well as the Turkish company &quot;Gap Inşaat Yatirim ve Diş Ticaret Anonim Şirketi&quot;.

According to the document, the production capacity of the new enterprise will amount to 1,155,000 tons of urea per year. The plant will be built in the town of Kiyanly in the Balkan province of Turkmenistan.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов совершил рабочую поездку в город Аркадаг, где провёл рабочее совещание с участием вице-президента Благотворительного фонда по оказанию помощи нуждающимся в опеке детям имени Гурбангулы Бердымухамедова. Оно прошло с участием вице-президента по лечебной деятельности О.Атабаевой и вице-президента Р.Базарова.

В ходе совещания были обсуждены вопросы деятельности Фонда и направления его дальнейшего развития. Было доложено о проведении мероприятий и международного форума, посвящённых 4-й годовщине создания Благотворительного фонда.

A Meeting with Representatives of Japan’s Business Community Held in Tokyo

On April 11, 2025, at the 63rd plenary meeting of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York (USA), the Resolution &ldquo;Additional information on the modalities of the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries&rdquo; was unanimously adopted. Accordingly, the General Assembly decided to hold an international conference from August 5 to 8 this year in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.

The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution “Additional information on the modalities for holding the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries”

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as part of his visit to Japan, took part in the ceremonial events dedicated to the National Day of Turkmenistan at the World Expo 2025.

Under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, our Homeland successfully implements a foreign policy strategy based on the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness, good neighborliness and equal cooperation at the regional and global levels. Как отмечалось в ходе встречи, Туркменистан уделяет большое внимание расширению и укреплению межгосударственного диалога с Японией в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе. В настоящее время отношения между двумя странами последовательно развиваются в политико-дипломатической, торгово-экономической и культурно-гуманитарной сферах.

Одним из ключевых направлений многостороннего взаимодействия между Туркменистаном и Японией также является межпарламентское сотрудничество, ныне выступающее в числе важных инструментов укрепления взаимопонимания и доверия между государствами и народами.

В данном контексте Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов особо отметил деятельность Туркмено-японской межпарламентской группы дружбы в упрочении связей в этой области.

Президент Туркменистана встретился с председателем Японо-туркменской межпарламентской группы дружбы

Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов, находящийся с визитом в Японии, сегодня утром принял участие в Национальном дне Туркменистана, организованном в рамках Всемирной выставки ЭКСПО-2025 в Осаке. Как известно, Туркменистан удостоился чести отпраздновать свой Национальный день в числе первых из почти 160 стран, участвовавших в этом крупном мероприятии.

За 174-летнюю историю Всемирной выставки Япония уже в третий раз стала местом проведения столь престижной выставки. Это уже второй раз, когда ЭКСПО-2025 проводится в Осаке, городе, выбранном местом проведения мероприятия. В 1970 году, здесь прошла первая на азиатском континенте &laquo;ЭКСПО&raquo;, вошедшая в историю как самая посещаемая выставка XX века. Для проведения Всемирной выставки этого года недалеко от Осаки был построен специальный искусственный остров, название которого &mdash; Юмешима &ndash; означает &laquo;Остров мечты&raquo;. Фактически, регион Осака-Кансай является местом зарождения первого японского государства, что также предлагает прекрасные возможности для исторического туризма, изучения национальных особенностей и памятников. Территория вокруг места проведения ЭКСПО-2025, которая пройдет с 13 апреля по 13 октября, окружена Большим кольцом, которое представляет собой деревянную конструкцию длиной 2 километра и высотой 20 метров. Он уже занесен в Книгу рекордов Гиннесса как самое большое крытое сооружение из дерева. Выставка в Осаке организована вокруг трех тем: &laquo;Спасение жизней&raquo;, &laquo;Расширение жизненных возможностей&raquo; и &laquo;Объединение жизней&raquo;, а национальный павильон Туркменистана расположен в разделе &laquo;Расширение жизненных возможностей&raquo;.

...Утром Уважаемый Президент прибыл в здание для приема высоких гостей Всемирной выставки ЭКСПО-2025 и сделал памятную запись в Книге почетных гостей выставки. Затем Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов совместно с министром Японии по вопросам Всемирной выставки ЭКСПО-2025 Ито Ёситакой приняли участие в торжественной церемонии по случаю Национального дня Туркменистана и выступили с речью. Праздничный колорит церемонии придали выступления туркменских деятелей культуры и искусства, находящихся в настоящее время в Японии. Затем Уважаемый Президент вместе с официальными представителями Японии посетил национальный павильон Туркменистана. Глава государства перерезал символическую ленту павильона под бурные аплодисменты участников церемонии. Затем состоялось знакомство с этим уникальным объектом. Гости высокого уровня посмотрели видеоролик в формате 3D-анимации, рассказывающий об истории нашей страны, ее прекрасной природе, национальном богатстве и великих достижениях нашей Родины в эпоху Возрождения новой эпохи могущественного государства. На втором этаже здания размещены выставочные экспонаты города Аркадага, министерств и ведомств Туркменистана. На третьем этаже гостям подают традиционные туркменские блюда. Затем Аркадаглы Герой Сердар и официальные представители Японии также посетили национальный павильон страны восходящего солнца.

Следует отметить, что в соответствии с Постановлением Уважаемого Президента строительство национального павильона Туркменистана на Всемирной выставке &laquo;ЭКСПО &ndash; 2025&raquo; поручено хозяйственному обществу &laquo;Белли&raquo;. Архитектура проекта имеет уникальное значение: треугольная структура здания символизирует движение вперед, непрерывность жизни и обновление. Купольная часть павильона вдохновлена ​​традициями и национальными ценностями туркменского народа, а также узорами ковров. Его внешний вид гармонирует с природным пейзажем степи Каракумы. Туркменский павильон, воплощающий философию создания уникальной гармонии национальности и современности, раскрывающий неразрывную связь прошлого, настоящего и будущего, вызвал особый интерес у туристов еще до своего официального начала работы. Основная цель участия Туркменистана в масштабной выставке в Осаке &ndash; демонстрация достижений, достигнутых в различных сферах за годы суверенного развития, расширение торгово-экономических связей с зарубежными странами, увеличение экспорта выпускаемой продукции.
