On October 21, the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, inspected the projects of new buildings under construction and planned for implementation, as well as preparations for a nationwide greening campaign, in the city of Arkadag.

Hero-Arkadag first headed to the site of the nationwide greening campaign in the new city. The National Leader of the Turkmen People emphasized the importance of ensuring active participation in the greening campaign, which is traditionally held annually and is crucial for improving the country&#39;s ecology. Preference is given to evergreen tree seedlings that are suitable for the local soil and climate conditions, including those that are heat- and frost-resistant.

The Chairman of the State Construction Committee of the city of Arkadag, D. Orazov, and the mayor of Arkadag, G. Mammedova, briefed the public on preparations for the greening campaign. As reported, during the upcoming nationwide campaign in the smart city, it is proposed to plant Turkmen juniper seedlings grown by experienced gardeners.

Having approved the first juniper planting in the new city, scientist Arkadag made a number of recommendations for establishing systematic care for the seedlings in accordance with agricultural practices.

Then, doctor Arkadag inspected the construction of the new city&#39;s medical cluster facilities. Quality remains the primary requirement for the construction of the industrial complex. The same applies to the raw materials used in production. Regarding industrial waste management, proper disposal is paramount. Emphasizing the need to establish production processes that will not impact the lives of city residents, Hero-Arkadag made a number of relevant recommendations.

Next, Hero-Arkadag visited the site where the second phase of construction is underway and reviewed the design work.

This included the design for the building of the Road Police Inspection Service, the Service for Determining the Technical Condition and Registration of Vehicles of the Arkadag Police Department, and the interior design of the museum under construction, including exhibition hall layouts.

On October 17, a ceremonial reception was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation to mark the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s Permanent Neutrality, the International Year of Peace and Trust, the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, and the conclusion of the sports tournament &quot;UN&ndash;80 Friendship Games.&quot;

On October 17, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Galymzhan Koishybayev.

The guest emphasized that Kazakhstan highly values the traditionally friendly relations with Turkmenistan, whose foreign policy is based on the status of permanent neutrality and plays a significant role in strengthening peace and sustainable development in the region.

The parties noted that trade and economic partnership holds a special place in the agenda of interstate dialogue. The 30th Anniversary International Conference and Exhibition &quot;Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan &ndash; OGT 2025&quot; is set to kick off in Ashgabat in just a few days. Record number of participants confirmed for OGT 2025

On October 17, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyyev reported during a government meeting on the preparations for the upcoming Days of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s Economy in Frankfurt, Germany.

According to reports, the forum aims to present participants with investment projects in the oil and gas and chemical industries, modern agricultural technologies, innovations in the textile sector, as well as developments in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, including the Medical Cluster of the city of Arkadag.

On 5 September 2024, a round table with the participation of leading Finnish companies &ldquo;Finnish Water Forum&rdquo;, &ldquo;Watermaster&rdquo;, &ldquo;W&auml;rtsil&auml;&rdquo;, &ldquo;Agronic Oy&rdquo;, &ldquo;Reorbit&rdquo;, Finnish Meteorological Institute and others was held in Helsinki in the premises of the EastCham Finland.

At the event, the Turkmen delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova, and the Finnish side was led by Director General of &ldquo;EastCham Finland&rdquo; Ms. Jaana Rekolainen.

During the speech, the Turkmen delegation noted the successful cooperation with Finnish companies. During the inter-MFA consultations with Mr. Jari Sinkari, Director General of the Asia and Oceania Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, a wide range of issues related to the current agenda were discussed, including interaction within the framework of international organizations such as the UN, OSCE and the EU, as well as the intensification of trade and economic cooperation, establishment of contacts in the field of culture and education.

In regard to inter-MFA cooperation, the sides agreed to prepare a legal basis for regular consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries.

On the same day, separate meetings were held with Mr. Ville Skinnari, Head of the Friendship Group with Turkmenistan in the Parliament (Eduskunta) of the Republic of Finland and members of the Group, as well as Mr. Ville Kaunisto, Head of the Finnish Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in the Parliament (Eduskunta) of Finland and its members.

During the talks with the Friendship Group, the sides discussed possibilities for establishing inter-parliamentary dialogue, organizing mutual visits, and exchanging experience in the legislative field.

At the meeting with the Finnish delegation to the OSCE PA, the Finnish side informed the Turkmen delegation about the main vectors of its chairmanship in the OSCE in 2025. In this context, the sides agreed on the need to intensify contacts between parliamentarians within the framework of the organization.
