President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed an order to provide humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. The cargo is intended for residents of the country, especially children affected by the recent earthquake. This was reported by the state information agency TDH.

The aid was sent on behalf of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship. The humanitarian aid included: medicines, food products, textiles and other essential goods.

The multi-thousand-year history of contacts and communication between the ancestors of the Turkmen and Chinese as one of the strong pillars of modern relations between the two states was confirmed during the recent working visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the People&#39;s Republic of China.

It is known that the commitment of Turkmenistan and China to their historical roots, the richest cultural, material and spiritual heritage is not only the core of domestic state policy, but is also transferred by both countries to the plane of international cooperation. Which is especially clearly manifested in the nature and content of bilateral Turkmen-Chinese relations. Turkmenistan and China always emphasize loyalty to the historical traditions of friendship and mutual trust, note the fact that the current level of mutual understanding is based on a deep, thousand-year foundation of good neighborliness and respectful communication and knowledge.

It is known that throughout the formation of the unified Chinese empire, it was in constant close contact with the ancient ancestors of the Turkmen - the Oghuz, as well as the Huns, Massagets, Parthians, Gok-Turks and other peoples. The two largest civilizations of Asia (Turkic and Chinese) were always in contact with each other, concluded dynastic marriages and alliance treaties, traded and exchanged military and cultural achievements. During palace ceremonies, Oghuz ambassadors sat next to the Chinese emperor. A Chinese-Turkic dictionary was compiled, which, unfortunately, has not survived to this day. More than 10 thousand Oghuz families moved to China. Under the influence of the Oghuz, a fashion for everything Turkic arose in China in the 8th century - music, clothing, etc.

These are just a few examples that testify to the process of synthesis of political cultures that has been going on for centuries. Turkmenistan and Slovenia to hold next round of political consultations in Ljubljana

During the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, which was successfully held in the Avaza National Tourist Zone early last month, the Avaza Action Program for 2024-2034 was announced and the Avaza Political Declaration was adopted. The documents defined the strategic direction of development of these countries for the next ten years and became a historical event of global significance.

Thematic events organized by the UN structural divisions and other international organizations were held within the framework of the representative forum, during which a wide range of issues related to the development of the economies of these states and strengthening stability were considered.

Particular attention should be paid to the high-level round table, which was devoted to the creation of sustainable infrastructure for LLDCs, strengthening cooperation in this area, and promoting the development of transit and transport corridors.

The purpose of this meeting was to exchange knowledge, experience and innovative approaches to financing the infrastructure of the LLDC countries, ensuring its sustainability, expanding international support for these countries in the transport sector, and identifying opportunities for strengthening cooperation.

The purpose of the event was to widely present to the world community the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, exquisite carpet art and national costumes. Particular attention was paid to the achievements of the Turkmen textile industry.

The guests of the exhibition got acquainted with the beauty of Turkmen carpets, the symbolism of national ornaments, as well as the modern level of development of textile products. During the event, speeches were made dedicated to the achievements of Turkmenistan in the field of textile industry and carpet weaving.

One of the highlights was the presentation of Turkmen national costumes. Modern models in traditional style, prepared by the Fashion House of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, aroused great interest among the audience.

The event also included a master class on Turkmen carpet art. Guests learned about the intricacies of carpet weaving, the meaning of ornaments and carpet weaving traditions.

The festive events made a significant contribution to the development of international cultural cooperation and the wide recognition of the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people in the world.

A festive event was held at the National Pavilion of Turkmenistan in Osaka

On September 1, the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) hosted a conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan&#39;s permanent neutrality and the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth.

The conference was attended by the staff of the Consulate, the head of the Astrakhan regional public organization for the preservation and development of Turkmen culture, students studying in the Russian Federation, teachers and students of the MCOU &quot;School named after Makhtumkuli Fragi&quot; in the village of Funtovo, Astrakhan Region.

During the conference, the Consul of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation Gadam Ilamanov warmly congratulated the youth on the beginning of the new academic year and spoke about the importance of Turkmenistan&#39;s permanent neutrality, the main achievements and successes of Turkmenistan over the past 34 years, as well as the importance of the upcoming meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.

F. Kadyrova, head of the Astrakhan regional public organization for the preservation and development of Turkmen culture, R. Shadzhiev, teacher of the Makhtumkuli Fragi school, and G. Nepesova, a 2nd-year student of the Astrakhan State University named after V.N. Tatishchev, also spoke at the conference. At the same time, pupils of the Makhtumkuli Fragi school read poems of the great poet in the Turkmen language.

During the conference, on behalf of the Consulate, letters of gratitude and memorable gifts were presented to students, pupils and teachers of the Makhtumkuli Fragi school in the village of Funtovo, Astrakhan Region, for their active participation in the ceremonial events organized by the Consulate of Turkmenistan.

Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality and the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth was held in Astrakhan

On September 2, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Turkey Mekan Ishangulyyev met with the Governor of the Erzurum Province of Turkey Mehmet Sekmen.

During the meeting, the parties discussed priority areas of interregional cooperation, including agricultural, industrial, cultural, humanitarian and tourism spheres. Particular attention was paid to the intensification of interregional business ties in the field of animal husbandry.

In addition, issues of establishing sustainable contacts between business structures of the two countries, as well as prospects for participation in joint investment projects were discussed. Proposals were put forward to expand cooperation in promising areas identified on the basis of the competitive advantages of the economies of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey.

Turkmen diplomats also took part in the international Erzurum exhibition of agriculture and livestock.

The Erzurum International Fair is the largest in Turkey and one of the leading in Europe, making it a key event for networking, knowledge sharing and learning about the latest innovations in agriculture and livestock.

Turkmenistan and Turkey expand interregional cooperation

The head of the Turkmen delegation, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Oguljahan Atabayeva, during her visit to China, met with the country&#39;s Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng.

The Minister highly appreciated the fact that the Charity Foundation not only provides assistance to children in need of care, but also attaches great importance to their receiving high-quality inclusive education.

In this context, Oguljahan Atabayeva expressed interest in studying China&#39;s experience in improving special and inclusive education for children with disabilities.
