According to the leader, the drilling of exploratory well No. 1907 at the Goturdepe field was recently successfully completed. A depth of 3,975 meters was drilled, and the specialists are currently completing the final stage of work. It is expected that this well will yield an industrial flow of crude oil.

Members of this team have been working effectively in the Balkan province for many years. According to the drilling master, they have previously worked in the Ekrem and Cheleken fields, making a significant contribution to the country&#39;s wealth. Confidence in the success of the operations at the Goturdepe field is reinforced by the results of preliminary geological studies and precise calculations.

The team comprises true professionals in their field. Among them are drillers Zhorakuly Azimov and Alijan Durdybayev, assistant drillers Zakir Sabirov and Muratjan Seyidov, geologist Remezan Narkulyev, and others. In the oil and gas sector, significant attention is given to archival work

Extensive work is being carried out in our country to explore, industrially develop hydrocarbon resources, increase production volumes, process raw materials, and deliver finished products to consumers.

One of the largest enterprises in our country, making a significant contribution to the further development of the oil and gas sector, which is a priority area, and to the production of goods from hydrocarbon resources that are in high demand on global markets, is the Seydi Oil Refinery, located in the Lebap region. Over the past years, important projects have been implemented at this powerful enterprise, and extensive modernization has been carried out through significant investments, which has contributed to a substantial increase in production volumes and quality. Clear evidence of this is the variety of high-quality products manufactured at the plant and the high results achieved.

Since the beginning of 2024, declared the &quot;Year of the Ocean of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy,&quot; the refinery has processed approximately 431.4 thousand tons of raw materials, achieving 109.1% of the planned target. From this volume of raw materials, approximately 375.7 thousand tons of finished products were produced. Notably, around 219 thousand tons of the produced output consisted of gasoline with various octane ratings, which was delivered to consumers. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate of production for this valuable product reached 109.6%, serving as a vivid example of progress in improving production and its efficient organization at this enterprise.

At this large enterprise, which plays an important role in the steady development of the national economy, approximately 109.6 thousand tons of diesel fuel, 23.6 thousand tons of heavy vacuum gas oil, and more than 19 thousand tons of road bitumen were produced during the first 11 months of this year.

Such high achievements have been made possible by equipping the enterprise with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as the broad opportunities created by our esteemed President for productive work and the proper rest of the employees.

Last week, 15 transactions were registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased low-sulfur fuel oil and liquefied gas produced by the enterprises of the state concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit.&quot; Additionally, business representatives from Serbia acquired dried licorice root and its stems for foreign currency. The total value of the transactions amounted to 37 million 320 thousand US dollars.

Entrepreneurs from our country purchased base oil (produced by the state concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit&quot;), float glass, cotton fiber, and cotton by-products for the domestic market, with a total value exceeding 28 million 843 thousand manats.

On December 21, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, during which a number of issues related to state affairs were discussed.

On December 15, 2024, a Turkmen delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, conducted a working visit to Afghanistan.

The Turkmen delegation was accompanied by representatives of Afghanistan, headed by Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Amir Khan Muttaqi.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the practical implementation of large-scale international energy, transport, and infrastructure projects carried out with the participation of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.

During the working visit, the Turkmen delegation reviewed the progress of construction on the Serhetabat&ndash;Herat section in Afghanistan, which is a crucial stage in the implementation of the Turkmenistan&ndash;Afghanistan&ndash;Pakistan&ndash;India (TAPI) transnational gas pipeline project.

The Balkan Geophysical Expedition, operating in accordance with the Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030, also makes a worthy contribution to the achievements in this direction. Specialists of our company successfully conduct seismic surveys in the western region. At present, these vital activities are being effectively implemented at promising sites such as &quot;Akmyrat,&quot; &quot;Isgender,&quot; and &quot;Akpatlawuk.&quot;

Thanks to the tireless efforts of geophysicists, our expedition has managed to honorably fulfill the planned objectives and celebrate the professional holiday of oil and gas industry and geology workers with dignity. In this context, the esteemed President especially emphasizes the importance of intensifying geological exploration using three-dimensional seismic methods (3D methods), expanding the scope of drilling, constructing exploratory and operational wells, and conducting research to identify new deposits of mineral resources at depths of up to 7 kilometers and beyond. We have successfully met the plan for conducting 3D seismic surveys over a total area of 478 square kilometers in the reporting period of this year, as well as achieved 101% of the planned work using the 2D method over the eleven months. Essentially, the 3D method allows for comprehensive study of the Earth&#39;s layers. In recent years, this method has gained popularity, enabling more in-depth examination of complex geological structures.

All necessary conditions have been created for the effective work of specialists in the five teams operating within our expedition. According to scientifically validated data, the Miocene layer has significant prospects in terms of hydrocarbon reserves. Specialists from the seismic team using the 2D method, led by Charyyar Hydyrov, the team using the 3D method, led by Rejepmyrat Chendirov, and the gravimetric team, led by Kemek Toychiyev, are making particularly dedicated efforts to successfully accomplish these important state tasks.

Buyer countries included China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan. The total value of these transactions amounted to approximately 4.68 million USD.

On the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased base oil, mixed paraffin wax, and petroleum bitumen produced by the SC &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit,&quot; as well as handmade carpets, cotton yarn, raw silk, and other products. The total value of these transactions exceeded 154.257 million manat.

43 Transactions Registered at Exchange Trading

On December 7, a reporting meeting was held in the central building of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s oil and gas complex to review the results of work completed over the eleven months of the &ldquo;Year of the Treasury of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy.&rdquo; The meeting addressed tasks set by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during the Cabinet of Ministers meeting held on December 6 via digital format, which focused on the outcomes of work across the country&#39;s economic sectors. Specific directions for further progress in the industry were also defined.

Opening the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov emphasized that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, placing great trust in the workers of the oil and gas sector, has created all the necessary conditions for the consistent improvement and development of the sector based on modern advancements. He highlighted that to ensure the stable and effective operation of the industry, production capacities are being modernized, advanced technologies and equipment are being introduced, and innovative solutions are being implemented, enabling ambitious goals to be set for the sector.

During the meeting, reports were presented by State Minister and Chairman of the State Concern &quot;Turkmengaz&quot; Maksat Babayev, Chairman of the State Concern &quot;Turkmennebit&quot; Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the State Corporation &quot;Turkmangeology&quot; Gurbandurdy Garliyev, as well as by heads of associations, departments, and enterprises of the oil and gas complex. The reports detailed the results of completed work and outlined upcoming tasks.

Discussions at the meeting focused on issues related to oil production, gas condensate, and liquefied gas extraction; the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to production facilities and other capacities during the winter period; organizing work in line with weather conditions; conducting geological exploration using digital technologies and modern equipment; and continuing to introduce the latest scientific and technical developments into the country&#39;s oil and gas industry. Measures for further improving the work of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the &quot;Turkmengaz&quot; State Concern, preparation for upcoming state-level celebrations, and other key areas were also addressed.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov stressed the importance of maintaining constant oversight of major projects planned and underway in the country&rsquo;s oil and gas sector, widely implementing modern technologies in the industry&rsquo;s operations, and ensuring the timely execution of production and development plans. He outlined priority tasks for the State Concerns &quot;Turkmengaz&quot; and &quot;Turkmennebit,&quot; as well as for the State Corporation &quot;Turkmangeology.&quot;

To implement programs for exporting Turkmen electricity abroad and to continue cooperation between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan in the field of energy, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the State Electric Power Corporation &quot;T&uuml;rkmenenergo&quot; of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan is authorized to sign additional agreements with the Afghan company &quot;Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat&quot; for the supply of electricity from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan.

Work on the Development of the Energy Sector Continues

Yesterday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, where a number of state-related issues were discussed. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, B. Amanov, reported on the results of work carried out in the supervised sectors from January to November of the current year, as well as practical steps taken to increase production volumes and expand energy supply routes to the global market.

Information was provided on the technical and economic indicators achieved in the production of oil and gas condensate. In particular, the state concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit&quot; fulfilled the plan at 102.3 percent.

It was also reported that during the reviewed period, the fulfillment of the plan for oil refining at the state concern&#39;s refineries reached 102.9 percent, gasoline production &ndash; 106.4 percent, and the export of &quot;blue fuel&quot; &ndash; 100.2 percent.

Additionally, the results of activities in diesel fuel production, polypropylene, lubricating oils, liquefied gas, as well as the extraction of natural and associated gas were presented.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of taking necessary measures to implement the tasks outlined in the Program for the Development of the National Fuel and Energy Complex. The head of state stressed the need to pay special attention to the in-depth development of oil and gas fields. In this context, the President of Turkmenistan instructed to continue efforts to increase oil and gas production volumes.

Additionally, handmade carpets, cotton yarn, and Portland cement were sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries included the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan. The total value of the transactions exceeded 47 million 469 thousand US dollars.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene and base oil produced by the State Concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit,&quot; as well as float glass, Portland cement, packaging film, and cotton yarn. The total value of these transactions exceeded 15 million 362 thousand manat and 222 thousand 870 dollars.

Products of the state concern "Türkmengaz" were purchased at the exchange trading

In order to successfully fulfill the tasks defined in the &quot;Program for Socio-economic Development of Turkmenistan and investments in 2024&quot;, significantly improve the social and living conditions of the population and provide them with modern residential buildings in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree authorizing the State Concern Turkmennebit to conclude a contract with the Iner Company for design and construction with the arrangement of adjacent territories of four 4-storey buildings with 40 apartments each along Rukhnama Street in Turkmenbashi, Balkan province.

The document prescribes to start construction work in November 2024 and to hand over the facilities with full readiness for operation in November 2026.

Last week, 22 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Uzbekistan purchased liquefied gas and lighting kerosene produced at the technological installations of the State Concern Turkmennebit. Businessmen from Tajikistan purchased liquefied natural gas (T&uuml;rkmengaz State Concern), and entrepreneurs from Afghanistan purchased ESO-93 gasoline (T&uuml;rkmenhimi&yacute;a Group of Companies). The total amount of transactions amounted to 42 million 586 thousand US dollars.

Domestic businessmen bought cotton yarn and textile waste for the domestic market for a total amount of more than 23 million 430 thousand manats.

Liquefied gas produced at the enterprise of the state concern "Turkmengaz" is in great demand

Drilling operations at a depth of up to 4485 meters were successfully carried out at production well No. 265 of the Galkynyş field and a new inflow of natural gas with a flow rate of 2 million cubic meters per day was discovered in formations 4417-4281 meters and 4266-4226 meters underground.

It is noteworthy that drillers use extremely efficient, but at the same time very complex well construction technologies that require highly qualified specialists.

The Galkynyş gas field, recognized according to the international classification as supergiant in reserves and considered unique in technical terms, today serves as a reliable source of &quot;blue fuel&quot;.

This confirms Turkmenistan&#39;s status as a powerful energy power, which is the fourth in the world in terms of natural gas reserves. Based on a real assessment of its own resource base and the possibilities of its exploitation in the future, as well as clearly formulated principles of state policy in this area, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, has developed a strategy for the development of the country&#39;s fuel and energy complex, which is now being successfully implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. It is aimed at increasing the volume of hydrocarbon production, diversifying energy export routes, creating a reliable and stable system for bringing Turkmen energy carriers to international markets, and forming a powerful processing industry capable of producing high-quality oil and gas chemistry products in demand.

Last week, 72 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, representatives of the business circles of Turkey, Hong Kong, and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas and lighting kerosene produced at the technological installations of the State Concern Turkmennebit. Businessmen from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Switzerland, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine purchased desulfurized diesel fraction and carbamide (GK &quot;T&uuml;rkmenhimi&yacute;a&quot;).

In addition, sets of bed linen, cotton yarn, dry licorice root extract, denim products, harsh fabric were sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: UAE, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of transactions amounted to over 24 million 818 thousand US dollars.

For the domestic market, domestic businessmen purchased petroleum bitumen and packaging film (Turkmennebit Group), as well as float glass, handmade carpets, cotton yarn, textile waste for a total amount of more than 90 million 88 thousand manats.

The demand for the products of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" is growing

Representatives of the business community of Turkmenistan are expected at the international trade and logistics forum &quot;Middle Volga &ndash; Caspian&quot;. The event will be held in Ulyanovsk (Russian Federation) on December 5-6 as part of the business forum &quot;Business Climate in Russia&quot;.&nbsp;

he 37th meeting of the Advisory Council on Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Population of the CIS member states began its work in the capital&#39;s Yyldyz hotel.

The meeting, held in a hybrid format, is attended by representatives of authorized bodies and experts from the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States: the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States, the Interstate Statistical Committee, Eurasian Economic Commission, Coordinating Council of the International Union &quot;Commonwealth of Public Organizations of Veterans (Pensioners) Independent States&quot; and the CIS Executive Committee.

As noted in the speeches, over the three decades of its work, the Advisory Council, contributing to the successful implementation of the social policy of the Commonwealth states, has made a significant contribution to strengthening multilateral cooperation in the social and labor sphere, the formation of a common labor market, and the development of related infrastructure.

Independent, neutral Turkmenistan, being an associate member of the CIS, actively cooperates with the Commonwealth in various fields, striving to contribute to the development of a productive partnership.

This is evidenced by the interested participation of the Turkmen side in the events and meetings, including at the highest level.

It should be recalled that it was thanks to the initiative put forward by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the CIS Summit in October 2017 that the Declaration on Strategic Economic Cooperation of the Commonwealth member states was developed. This document, unanimously adopted at the meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State held in Ashgabat in October 2019, has become a reliable basis for further progressive expansion of traditional trade and economic ties.

A number of important issues were put on the agenda of the current meeting of the Advisory Council on Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Population, which once again confirmed the commitment of the parties to strengthen and expand multi-format cooperation.

In particular, information was heard on the implementation of the decisions of the previous, 36th meeting of the Advisory Council, held last September in Sochi (Russian Federation); on the results of cooperation between the CIS member states in the social and labor sphere (2022-2024) and tasks for the future; on the situation in the social and labor sphere in Russia Commonwealth countries, etc.

As the presiding party, Turkmenistan presented the great achievements of our country in the implementation of social policy, which is built in strict accordance with the main provisions of the Constitution, proclaiming the human being as the highest value of society and the state.

The members of the Advisory Council noted with satisfaction the coherence of the actions taken, the existence of a solid legal framework and political will to strengthen long-term successful cooperation, which opens up good prospects for the implementation of new joint projects.

The participants of the meeting expressed confidence that all the initiatives voiced during today&#39;s meeting and the decisions taken on them will contribute to the implementation of a coordinated policy of the CIS member states in the social and labor sphere, will give a powerful impetus to active integration and expansion of mutually beneficial partnership in the Commonwealth on a long-term, systematic basis.

At the same time, the need for constant exchange of accumulated positive experience, as well as close cooperation with other bodies of sectoral cooperation of the CIS on issues of mutual interest was emphasized.
