Last week, 18 transactions were registered on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

On October 3, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amanov, reported at a government meeting on the results of work carried out from January to September this year to increase oil and gas production and expand their export routes to global markets.

According to the report, the State Concern &quot;T&uuml;rkmennebit&quot; fulfilled its oil production plan at 109.7 percent.

Turkmenistan’s Oil and Gas University Highlights Key Aspects of the LLDC3 Conference in Avaza

On October 3, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Khojamyrat Geldimyradov, reported on the country&#39;s macroeconomic indicators for the first nine months of the current year during a government meeting.

He stated that during the reporting period, the GDP growth rate increased by 6.3 percent. Sector-specific growth included:

"Turkmenistan Economy Days" to Be Held in Germany

The State Service for Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has officially registered and issued a certificate for a technology titled &ldquo;Innovative Method for Regenerating Thick Liquid Diethylene Glycol Using Alternative Energy Sources.&rdquo;

This innovative solution was developed by experts from the Energy Production and Energy Saving Laboratory of the International Science and Technology Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan &mdash; M. Hudayberdiyev, R. Esedulaev, D. Gadamov, and A. Pirmedov. The technology primarily aims to enhance the efficiency of diethylene glycol regeneration in oil and gas condensate fields.

In natural gas, water vapor under certain pressure and temperature conditions combines with methane to form hydrates, which cause pipeline blockages and equipment damage. To prevent these issues, diethylene glycol is widely used as a gas drying agent. The importance of this new development lies in the necessity to maintain the purity of the absorbent at 99% or higher, which is crucial for precise and efficient operation.

This innovative solution is based on a method of creating a thin layer of thick liquid diethylene glycol through the use of energy at specialized facilities. This approach reduces energy consumption, prevents heat loss, and minimizes negative environmental impact. Additionally, the technology does not emit carbon dioxide or other harmful gases.

As a result, this new solution offers an environmentally friendly and economically beneficial approach that not only improves the effectiveness of natural gas drying but also contributes significantly to the sustainable development of the energy sector. It also helps enhance oil flow and remove oily-paraffin deposits from pipelines.

Driving Sustainable Energy Development through Innovative Technologies

On September 30, a ceremonial reception dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s Independence was held at the Sheraton Grand Doha Hotel in Doha. The event was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Qatar.

In his speech, Turkmen Ambassador Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov highlighted the country&rsquo;s achievements since gaining Independence and emphasized the importance of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s international cooperation. He particularly noted that, at the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, a resolution entitled &ldquo;2025 &ndash; International Year of Peace and Trust&rdquo; was unanimously adopted at Turkmenistan&rsquo;s initiative, with 86 countries acting as co-sponsors. This reflects the international community&rsquo;s recognition of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s peaceful foreign policy.

Reception Held in Qatar to Mark the 34th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence

On October 1, 2025, a meeting took place in Ashgabat between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and the UNICEF Representative in Turkmenistan, Jalpa Ratna.

The parties discussed issues of cooperation in the context of the implementation of the new UNICEF Country Programme for Turkmenistan for 2026&ndash;2030.

They exchanged views on advancing collaboration between the Government of Turkmenistan and UNICEF within the framework of the Country Programme, focusing on key areas such as early childhood development, inclusivity and social integration, the climate agenda, and youth engagement.

The meeting also addressed matters related to the participation of a high-level UNICEF delegation in the International Forum for Peace and Trust, scheduled to be held in Ashgabat in December of this year.

Turkmenistan and UNICEF Discuss Further Development of Cooperation

On October 1, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the city of Arkadag, where he familiarized himself with the designs of facilities planned for construction and modernization within the territory of the &quot;smart city&quot; built using innovative technologies.

Hero-Arkadag reviewed the projects of new facilities, including industrial complexes and road and transport infrastructure, scheduled for implementation as part of the second phase of the new city&rsquo;s development.

Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan, Deryageldi Orazov, and Head of the City Administration, Gulshat Mammedova, briefed him on the measures being taken in accordance with the development plan for the smart city.

First, Hero-Arkadag was informed that the products of the company &quot;Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment&quot;, including baby food, had been awarded the &quot;Product of the Year&quot; gold medal and the corresponding diploma at an exhibition held in Moscow in September of this year. This award serves as clear evidence of international recognition of the environmental purity of goods, particularly healthy and nutritious food products produced by domestic industrial enterprises, including those located in the city of Arkadag.

Next, he was presented with construction projects, including a medical instrument manufacturing plant (for injection and infusion tools) within the city&rsquo;s medical cluster, and the main gates of the mosque. Also showcased were schemes for the modernization of Ahalteke Horses Avenue, the road to the National Museum of Wildlife, and other road and transport infrastructure projects.

Hero-Arkadag also reviewed the proposed designs for the Research and Training Center of the City Healthcare Administration, as well as the Patient Data Management Center of the National Digital Healthcare System, along with information on their future functions.

After familiarizing himself with the projects, Hero-Arkadag made a number of remarks and proposed necessary adjustments. In addition, noting the importance of digitalizing the healthcare system using advanced practical solutions, the National Leader emphasized the urgent need to train specialists capable of mastering achievements in medical science.

Speaking on the importance of ensuring that construction and finishing materials are suitable for local soil and climate conditions&mdash;which helps maintain a healthy ecological environment in the city&mdash;Hero-Arkadag offered the relevant recommendations.
