Turkmenistan and Russia Aim to Develop Interstate Cooperation

Our people are celebrating with festive spirit the glorious 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality, as well as International Neutrality Day, which is marked by significant achievements across the country. One of the industrial giants that contributed its labor achievements in honor of this holiday is the State Concern &ldquo;Turkmennebit.&rdquo;

This concern, one of the largest industrial and economic associations in the country, carries out extensive work in the exploration and industrial development of oil and gas fields throughout our great homeland. The activities of the concern&rsquo;s production units in the Balkan region are particularly important in implementing the objectives set forth in the &ldquo;Turkmenistan Oil and Gas Industry Development Program until 2030.&rdquo;

According to experts, among the leading enterprises, the &ldquo;Nebitgazburawlayysh&rdquo; trust of the concern stands out. Recently, the trust&rsquo;s labor collectives successfully completed drilling three wells at the Uzynada field in the Caspian coastal zone and put them into operation, which became a significant labor contribution to the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality.

Wells 72 and 86 of the &ldquo;Goturdepe&rdquo; Drilling Operations Department produce 44 and 43 tons of gas condensate per day, respectively, much to the satisfaction of the specialists. In addition, well 87 of the &ldquo;Ekerem&rdquo; Drilling Operations Department at the Uzynada field, with a design depth of 6,800 meters, produces over 45 tons of gas condensate per day. After technical and commissioning work, these productive wells were handed over to the oil workers of the &ldquo;Gumdagnebit&rdquo; Department of the &ldquo;Nebitgazchykarish&rdquo; trust.

It is noteworthy that modern ZJ70DB drilling rigs, purchased from the People&rsquo;s Republic of China at the initiative of the esteemed President, were used in the drilling process. This significantly increased the volume of extracted valuable raw materials and had a strong positive impact on the performance of the industry. The high pace of work strengthens specialists&rsquo; confidence that even greater achievements will be reached in the future.

Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Charity Fund of Turkmenistan Held Important Meetings with Representatives of Several Countries

On November 10, the International Conference &ldquo;The Role of Women in Modern Society: Developing International Cooperation on the Path to Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals&rdquo; was held in the &ldquo;Avaza&rdquo; National Tourist Zone. The event was organized by the Government of Turkmenistan and the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, in cooperation with the United Nations.

After the official group photo ceremony, participants of the International Conference toured an exhibition organized to mark this significant event in the life of the country. The exhibition showcased Turkmenistan&rsquo;s achievements and successes in foreign policy over the past 30 years.

Delegations from many countries took part in the conference, which was chaired by Oguljachan Atabaeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.

&ldquo;We have gathered here to discuss what determines the sustainability of society: the contribution of women to peace, family, education, healthcare, the economy, and the humanitarian sphere,&rdquo; Oguljachan Atabaeva said. &ldquo;Today we are united by a sincere belief that a woman is a source of peace, creation, and spiritual support, and that her role in the modern world goes far beyond traditional notions.&rdquo;

The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation implements a wide range of large-scale programs. Among them are programs to protect maternal and child health, to create child-friendly schools and hospitals in cooperation with UNICEF, to rehabilitate children in specialized centers, and to provide international humanitarian support&mdash;from Turkey to Palestine, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and other regions.

Thus, the Foundation fulfills a clear, undeniable, and at the same time vitally important and fundamental mission: every child has the right to health, care, protection, and hope.

Noting that ensuring gender equality and achieving the SDGs are among the most pressing tasks, Valovaya emphasized the importance of the work of international organizations in promoting women&rsquo;s rights and strengthening their participation in public life. The UN plays a major role in these processes.

She also highlighted the significance of exchanging experience in ensuring access to educational and healthcare services for youth and women. The UN Under-Secretary-General highly praised Turkmenistan&#39;s efforts in this area.

On December 9, a ceremony was held in the National Tourist Zone &ldquo;Avaza&rdquo; to mark the opening of a branch of the Charity Fund named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which provides assistance to children in need of guardianship. The new branch of the Fund will serve as a coordination center for organizing charitable and cultural events, as well as medical consultations for children.

At the ceremony, Oguldzahan Atabaeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charity Fund, spoke about the significance of this historic event. She expressed strong confidence that it would become a worthy gift for the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan&rsquo;s neutrality, coinciding with the International Year of Peace and Trust. The 116th Session of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Council opened in Geneva on December 8. The delegation of Turkmenistan, headed by Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service Dowran Bayramov, is taking part in the session.

A reporting meeting was held at the Central Building of Turkmenistan&#39;s oil and gas complex to review the performance of the industry&#39;s enterprises over the first four months of the current year &ndash; the International Year of Peace and Trust. Meeting participants discussed the tasks set for the country&#39;s oil and gas complex by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during the Cabinet of Ministers meeting held via digital system on May 8, where the performance of all economic sectors for the current period was reviewed.

Opening the reporting meeting, Batyr Amanov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, specifically emphasized that Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov places immense trust in the workers of the oil and gas industry. Consequently, the state provides substantial support and creates all necessary conditions to enhance the sector&#39;s activities. Deputy Chairman Amanov also noted that it is the duty of every employee to work diligently and conscientiously, thereby making a worthy contribution to the development of our Motherland.
